My neighbor was freaking out since he locked his keys in the car while it was running. He was on his way to a doctors appointment. I heard him panic and try to break his window open with a rock. Long story short called Alcatraz locksmith and they were at his house 15 mins later and got the door opened for him. Fast and friendly service!

First Class job! Originally called my lock guy & he said he doesn't install deadbolts call Craig Chase. Called Craig & he came the same day, what a blessing. He was very professional, up front, honest, great energy, knew exactly what I was trying to do, even though it was a bit tricky but he pulled it off, got the job done correctly, was in & out, had very fair prices. He is also a member of the BBB, certified, bonded & lots of life experience with locks. I'll definitely use him again & I have already referred him to a friend.

This guy is a true master locksmith. We came to him with a key that was not only so worn down that it barley worked but was also broken in half. We thought it was a lost cause. He accepted the challenge and like a detective at a crime scene, forensically analyzed it and made a key for us. (The vehicle was no where near him). We took the key to the car and it worked PERFECTLY! We thought we were going to have to rekey the car but with his help we saved so much. Very helpful and knowledgeable about his craft. I HIGHLY recommend him.

Todd is a real pro. Reasonably priced for his work, very nice guy and pleasant to boot. Highly recommended. He made a key from scratch for the door on my old pickup.took him about 20 minutes and gave me two new keys.

I had one of the worst days I've had in a while when I lost my keys with my one and only car key on the ring. I had called a locksmith I found on Nextdoor, who referred me to another locksmith, who referred me to another locksmith and it felt like I was being given the runaround, leaving me unsure of what I should do. Highly highly recommend! He was incredibly kind and programmed 2 new keys for our Land Rover today. He made sure everything was done and in perfect working order before we drove away. Big thank you to Todd with Alcatraz Locksmith! I managed to lock myself and my daughter out of our house one morning on our way to school! Anyone with a key was more than 45 minutes away. I remember seeing a van for Alcatraz not far from my home so I reached out! Todd was amazing! He was able to respond right away even though it was early. He worked and got us back the house in no time.

Something was stuck in my motorcycle's ignition, and I had no idea what to do, my wife called around and got to Todd, she was able to text him, and get me set up for a Saturday afternoon. He came out and like a surgeon got little bits of metal that someone used to pick it. He was done in less than an hour, had a great sense of humour, and was very honest and candid. Will definitely be recommending to anyone who needs a locksmith!

Mercedes can be a very difficult thing to program keys for. Todd had it done in 30 minutes, now my w211 has 2 keys instead of one. Price was as discussed over the phone, quick clean service.

Called to ask about programming my car fob after changing the battery. The gentleman who answered the phone helped by suggesting things I could try before needing to pay someone. What he suggested worked and GMC was going to charge me $100 instead of helping me like this place did. Very professional and not in it for the money or to rip me off.

I was walking my dogs and lost the house key. Of course then it started to rain. I called a couple of locksmiths. Talked to one who was sketchy at best. I called A 1 Minute Key service. A big thanks for his caring for a potential customer. He couldn't get over to us but he recommended Larry. I know! Even other locksmiths recommend him. Larry rushed over to get us in.

He did not waste any time getting us inside. The price was a lot less than I expected. Larry was super cool about working in the pouring rain. Duncan and Arthur lost no time getting in a nap. So call Larry if you have lock issues. Hope you get to call from inside your house though.

Dropped my keys in the river at Tempe Beach Park and called a few different locksmiths around town and when they weren't able to help, they suggested Todd. Not only did he beat many competitors prices, but he was incredibly patient with me as well. Most were charging upwards of $200 for 1 key, but Todd blew that price out of the water. I accidentally gave him the wrong address too and, without trouble, he showed up to where I actually needed him. Really great service, done correctly and promptly. Called them this morning to get a transponder key made for my car since I didn't have a key to start it. They came out just a couple hours later and completed the job within 30 minutes. Not to mention, the price was merely a third of what the dealership was going to charge me! Very affordable and friendly would definitely recommend!

Not needing the mobile service, Todd suggested that I come over to his house during the 10 to noon time frame on Saturday to get my Mazda key foab cut and reprogrammed. It took a few extra minutes to do this job based on a variety of factors, but in the end, mission was accomplished. He is a funny guy, maybe a bit cluttered, but an old grisly veteran of the locksmith trade that knows his keys etc very well.

Completed service to a satisfactory level. I was under the impression he was coming out to see what you got upon arrival, boom 69.00 arrival fee (before doing any work). So, i had to get something done, fixed front door latch 45.00, and re-keyed my gate 35.00.

Are you kidding me? I called for a price to break into a disk lock on my storage unit. They gave me a price and then when I asked what the trip charge was he literally says I think that my pricing isn't your business.
