I have had pela windows in three homes and after Pella in Omaha there will never be a forth. my window was closed and the wind opened it and took the window off. When I called to see if it was under warrantee being less than 5 years old I was told no I asked to see the specks on wind for the window and that never happened.

Where do I begin. My first impression with the Pella product wasn't so good, I found out after one week of moving into my dream house that 8 casement windows of the nearly 30 had rotted. (This is a known issue with Pella windows 15 years ago) After checking to see if they were still under warrantee, which they weren't, I decided to bite the bullet and order new ones.
