Had a rat in the house in Oakley. Total cost after tax is $285 which was a bit high for the service they provided (3 visits total). They put down rat traps which did not catch the rat and some outdoor bait stations which did have some nibbles but no way to tell if I the rat actually ate it.

I like the owner, I think he is great personally but I was disappointed the results of the service. It didn't work out for me. I gave it a try for approx. year. I feel like I wasted my money. Still had the same problem even after 1 year of consistent service.
