Our landscaping looks like a marvelous botanical garden. The design by Justin is marvelous with textures and colors like a landscape painting. It was expertly installed by the most hardworking crew we have ever seen. Alvaro, Martine, Joe, and Miguel did a great job. They worked quickly and carefully cleaned everything up. It looks great. I highly recommend Tommy Todd.

How do companies survive with the level of attitude of Tommy Todd Landscape? I could of sworn Tommy Todd is listed as a full landscape services company. I went to them with a complete set of landscape, hardscape and sprinkler plans. The plant list had dozens of adult palms, over 200 plants, and 3700' of hardscape. You would think they'd be excited to be offered a major project such as the one this is?

How wrong I was. Upon entering their office, the attitude I received was unbelievable. Forget a welcoming hello. I was hit with a feeling of what are you doing here. The first person I met immediately said we don't work like this. After I presented the complete package, I was told "we only do jobs that we control everything". I said great! That's just what I was looking for.

She said she'd ask the owner when he got back if he's interested in my job. Shortly after I left I called back to ask if they'd like me to email a site plan or any other information that would help in the quoting process. This time however, a different person answered the call. Not the infamous Tommy Todd, but his main designer/manager. On my children I was told within 30 seconds that chances are they wouldn't be interested in my job!

I was immediately scolded with how Tommy Todd only does the biggest of jobs that they control from the ground up. That they and they only design the plan. Mine was useless to them. Did I know how busy they are and how long it would take IF they were even willing to consider my job? I then found myself apologizing for being so efficient with having a full set of plans and began selling them, instead of the other way around.

I was trying to convince them of not realizing just how good this job could be. How big it was that they seemed to want to pass up. I was selling my job to the people who are supposed to be selling it to me. I couldn't believe I fell into the insanity. I've been in business for myself my entire life. I kill myself with thanks and gratitude for any customer that is willing to consider offering me his/her business.

No matter how big or small. What is clear, is Tommy Todd felt it couldn't charge me the obvious ridiculous prices they charge the fools that fall for all the banter and self ingratiation they gave to me. So they bailed right off the rip instead of actually trying to work for a great customer. Go some where else. Where the company wants and appreciates your business.

Tommy, Ellie and I want you to know that we are very satisfied with the completion of our small project. We were impressed with the quality of the work and the selection of plants. The 3 main workers who did most of the work were very professional, meticulous, clean, and VERY hard workers. The new fence is better then I had expected. The brick work is exceptional.

We have had many complements from neighbors and walks as they pass by. You should be proud of the company that you have established. The professionalism and work effort starts at the top and trickles thru the company

I've worked with Tommy Todd for several years now. He completely re-landscaped my property and has maintained it ever since. My landscaping is the envy of my neighborhood. Recently I met with the foreman of the team that takes care of my property. My experience: " I had John knock on my door this morning and we had a discussion about my landscaping.

I was very impressed with him. He was very knowledgeable about my bushes and what needed to be done. We came up with a strategy to have my bushes scaled to the size I want. Congratulations on having such an outstanding employee. I am very happy that he's taking care of my property." I highly recommend Tommy and his organization. He can be pricey, but is worth every penny.

We built a new house and had a blank slate to work with in the back yard. Tommy and Justin worked with us to create a beautifully landscaped area that fit our vision and gave us the privacy that we wanted. All of the irrigation and planting employees were a pleasure to work with, they really cared about making the yard just right for us.

We can't say enough great things about the excellent work Tommy Todd Landscape & Design performed at our house. They have completed two projects for us; one was removing our old concrete driveway so they could redo our driveway with pavers and the other was installing new pavers for a backyard patio. Two key things about their work: 1) Impeccable Attention to Detail (the Craftsmanship): They take pride in their work and make sure everything looks right; from the cut pieces around a column, to sloping the patio to the correct side, the list goes on and on.

No corners were cut when it came to getting the work done, Tony and his crew took the time to make it look right the first time, true perfectionists. 2) Customer Service: Knowledgeable, courteous, reliable, great to work with and always on time. Justin walked us through different options for the scope of work, gave pros & cons to recommendations which ultimately helped us make the right decisions. This included bringing by several sample pavers to choose from, plus talking through the layout and design of the pavers.

Loved working with Tommy Todd Landscape & Design. They provided a beautiful design & delivered on the final results. Hardworking crew! Couldn't be happier!

Tommy Todd designed and installed a major landscape renovation project for us last Dec. (2015). The project included both hardscape and landscape. The contract was signed in late Oct. and a pre-Christmas completion was promised.

Very professional. Thorough. We get great complements on our front yard landscaping, brick paver driveway and travertine patio. Great choice of plants and flowers.

This company would not even send a price. I sent them a full drawing and list of trees and plants that I picked out for my home and the response from Todd's secretary was We are a design/build company and probably prefers to work from a design we develop.

Tommy Todd and his company did an excellent job on our landscape and hardscape. Everyone was friendly, polite and professional. The designer re-imagined our downtrodden sandpit of a yard into a personal paradise.

Last year paid $500 for what was supposed to be a landscape plan. The prior owner had one done a few years before, so it should have been easy. They didn't listen to what we wanted, put beds wherever they wanted, including blocking the drive thru fence gate, they used whatever plants they wanted, even though we said otherwise.
