They don't like women working in the field they are prejudiced against women

I used to work for Axium Solar for 2 years from 2017 to 2019. Some of supervisors and workers are hotheads and have problems. Supervisors don't correct me to do right way to work on roofing. Watch out for Micheal Plummer and Micheal Perdue, they are horrible and can't control their emotions. Jason Shaw and Kevin Ruffin are best workers because they enjoy to work for Axium Solar. Remember watch out for Michael Plummer and Michael Perdue. I have to make this review to reduce my depression. Good luck, Axium Solar.

Axium installed my 37 panel system and did a great job. They faithfully honored the warranties on the system and especially the micro inverters which had problems after several years, at least in the batch/model that I had. Axium often went the extra mile to solve any issue that arose even after the labor portion of the warranty expired. I highly recommend this company.

Awesome solar company. Axium install my system 5 years ago and it has run flawlessly. Great installation quality and attention to detail.

Had some speculations if going solar was worth it. I live in a co-op monopoly charging 12-13 cents per KWH. I contacted Tyfanie at Axium Solar. She explained every detail from start to finish. She even responded to questions I had at 2 a.m. in the morning! She definitely went above and beyond, working around my crazy work schedule! She NEVER acted. like we were a bother. Tyfanie is truly a one of a kind person, truly caring, and not looking to just sell something you don't need. I would recommend Tyfanie, and Axium Solar. I am actually looking to add additional panels in the future, and there is NO question who I will be contacting!

Axium Solar is so awesome! They are a local business that employs local folks. They were totally down to Earth, gave me a very competitive price, handled all they paperwork to help me with my incentives and every person I dealt with was very nice and knowledgeable! Also my solar panels look WAY better than what I've seen from other companies. because the conduit is inside my roof as opposed to the conduit I've seen on other roofs that were installed around town.

I didn't realize how much of an aesthetic difference this would make until after the fact. Andrew Whitehead is the coolest salesman out there and was all about helping me get the best deal possible and the best sized system for my home! I couldn't be happier with my purchase! I get excited every time I drive up to my house when I see the amazing technology on my roof and realize that not only am I being a good steward of the planet our Heavenly Father has given us I also have the coolest looking house in the neighborhood! I had to have roofing redone from recent hailstorm. It was very difficult to find a solar installer that was interested in removing and reinstalling 12 solar panels, which is understandable, because they are designed to sell complete installations. However, Axium and particularly Vanessa Green were very supportive. She always promptly replied to. all my emails and gave me accurate schedule and fair prices.

I ended up replacing my old panels because the newer technology and received an excellent quote from Axium. The panels were installed on time and I can see the increased efficiency on day one. Thanks again Axium and Vanessa.

Poor workmenship, arrogant and not trust worthy. they show up to do the work, some workers smoke on property and leave trash and cigarette bud on ground, lose cut wire, nails and cables laying on roof after working. when ask to clean up, their response is they are not in business of cleaning. So i have to clean this on my own. Grounding and cable layout work is poorly done. Grounding wire in attic was crossing with existing electrical wire and pulling it. Cables were not properly tied to rail, it draped and hang loose under rails. some are actually touching my roof.

They later correct this but it should not be in this condition in first place. They agreed to provide new grounding wire to the rail and inverters but they later come up with so many excuses to avoid the work. I am still not sure their grounding layout actually work because the grounding wire are not continuous and the grounding wire of top row inverters is only crossing over the main grounding wire without actual connection.

Instead of replacing the existing grounding wire, they add new wire across rails creating a loop. I thought it cannot be a loop but they claim it is acceptable by building code.(please see attached picture) When ask what if their grounding system does not work and all inverters are fried. his response is it will be covered by my own insurance. When ask to provide warranty letter for their work, they only provide warranty for 1 year. what happen if lighting strike after 1 year? to me their grounding work need to work for the life time of the equipment. I am not sure how it is for other customer, this is my experience with them.

Excellent service prior to the sale. Excellent installation crew! Follow-up on system issues, not so good. It takes days to get an answer. I'm sure Axium is reading this; IMPROVE YOUR CUSTOMER SERVICE! You should be seeing a trend! Everyone loves you until you leave the job. I'm sorry, but my unit shows an error at least weekly; it takes days to get a response from Axium. That is their weakest area; but a critical one.

Axium Solar did an excellent job on our latest Project. They were on time and did exactly what they promised to do. The Crew was extremely knowledgeable and made sure the job was clean when they left.

These guys baby stepped me through the process of adding a 10kw system to my roof. I have been extremely happy I went with these guys over others that I got quotes from! I had great service before, during and after installation. Provided software where I can sign in and see production at anytime from anywhere.

I could not be happier with the work Axium did for me. They installed a 20KW array (78 panels) 2 years ago and I have not had a single problem. Their sales team and their install team were very professional and likable. I highly recommend using Axium solar.

The guys from Axium did a great job removing our 44 panel roof top system so we could put on a new roof. They then reinstalled the system after the roof was replaced. They were a dream company to deal with.

Stay away with Axium Solar! Andrew Whitehead can be snobby and picky on where you live and flatly decline your request. He could have offer some solutions to continue to meet our needs. He got too lazy and rejected my request just because one of the tree is blocking my roof that can be removed easily.

The Axium Solar team installed a 8.3kWh rooftop PV system on my home in Plano, TX -18 months ago. Their project manager, Andrew Whitehead, and all of the installation team were everything you would hope a contractor would be when dealing with your personal property.
