Due to supply availability of supplies during this COVID pandemic, they called and emailed us regarding the status frequently. We appreciated the fact that they cared. The installers were excellent. The entire experience with Superior Windows was outstanding. Dale (sales) was exceptional in explaining the design and advantages of the NT windows. We were impressed with the aluminum reinforced vinyl design. Karen was great in addressing any questions that we had after the order was placed. Garencio and the installation crew were outstanding. They did an excellent job of installing and caulking the windows.
They also did a great job cleaning the site when the windows were installed. Everyone that we dealt with at Superior was very professional and strived to satisfy us. After 20 years of not being able to see outside ( pane windows plus storm windows plus solar screens ), we can now see the world outside but not hear it. I highly recommend Superior Window Company.

We just recently had windows installed for our whole house.they did a great job! The windows are very good quality and I'm proud they are made in Texas and also to support a family owned business. The experience was so easy on us, the installers were very nice and professional and took a lot of time and care so not to damage anything. They seriously went above and beyond. The salesman was also very professional and knowledgeable.

They were wonderful. Dale was great. He spent as much time as I needed to explain everything to me about the windows, as well as what to expect when they are installed. Also, Shawna kept me informed as to status. And to Jesus and his team, couldn't be more pleased. They were there all day, both days and very professional. I was so pleased as how they made no mess, very well organized, and completion of project looks fabulous. Very very pleased and would definitely recommend Superior Windows.

The Superior Window team did a phenomenal job on the windows for our home! From the initial consultation to the final window being installed, they were professional, courteous, and incredibly knowledgeable about their product. Not to mention the cleanliness of the install. the install team thoroughly covered everything and did a great job of keeping a clean work area. Our windows look amazing and we've already noticed a significant decrease in the amount of time that our AC is actually running. Truly happy that we chose them for our home.

I would HIGHLY recommend this company. From start to finish everything was great! We upgraded our windows to black and we get so many compliments. They are a well made window, no more dust and bugs on my window seals and they open with ease! I wish we would of done years ago! This company delivers on every level! The installation crew was Amazing! Great company, Great product!

I am completely thrilled with my new windows! Jesus and Benny did a fantastic job with installation! They were prompt, courteous and tidy. They cleaned the windows and covered my floors to protect them. Other than new windows, you would not have known they were here! I highly recommend Superior Window Company. Everyone from sales to installation were top notch! Dale went above and beyond, spending half an afternoon with me carefully measuring to help me with the exact right size and placement.
