We (my parents who live next door and I) got our gates a few years ago. All of a sudden the last 7 months they're absolutely unreachable, and when I did get ahold of the person who put the gates in, he says he will be by "sometime this week" and never shows. My parents have been trying to get some new remotes for their gate for over 8 months. I've been trying to get someone out to fix a part that was burned.
It's the sensor for our remotes, so our gate doesn't open or close unless we do it manually each time. I've called him for over 4 months now. Now my parents gate sensor isn't working to get out and we're all just SOL because we can't get anyone to come help/fix these problems. The main phone numbers on the gate boxes are out of order. Their website says it doesn't work. And the guy keeps lying about coming out. Don't waste your time with this company for anything. This is absolutely ridiculous service.
