My Business partner and myself are neighbors to Care. We all get along, and while running a successful co. They manage to have employee cookouts on the holidays, and some nice days at random. Good people.

I have had so many problems with my alarm. I have had the system for 2.5 years.over the past 2 weeks my alarm has been went off 6 times. They call me.say they are dispatching the police when it has been faulty equipment the entire time. I have had a technician come to my business twice the past two weeks and they say they have "fixed" the problem.

Clearly it isn't fixed they call me all hours of the night. I am so OVER them that I have said either it gets fixed or I am going to rip the equipment off of the wall. I am so tired of being bothered at all hours of the day only to find out their equipment doesn't work. I feel as I can't even set my alarm without a false alarm going off and disturbing my neighbors. I don't recommend them.spend the extra money and get ADT to save you some time. I will be heading that direction in July.

They are very unprofessional, quit monitoring my home without talking to me and when I tried to get my service started back up I waited on s return call from a salesman I never got. Thanks I just gave your business to ADT!

I have been a customer since 1994. Their customer service has always been outstanding. Their techs are friendly and knowledgeable; and they resolve any issues promptly. I would highly recommend them.

I signed what I was told was a 1 year contract and when I had to break it because I moved out after a divorce, they tell me it is a 3 year contract. The sales man, Bert Nord, did not tell me that. He told me it was a 1 year contract. I know I should have read the contract more closely but I figured I could believe Bert. They also did not replace any equipment, just took over the ADT equipment, and still charged me a $50 setup fee. ADT only required a 1 year contract and they installed the equipment for $99.

I also contacted another monitoring company, Vivint, and they said that if the contract holder moved to a location that was not serviceable like I did, an apartment that provides an alarm system, and the new occupants of the house do not want to stay with them, then the contract is canceled with a 30 day written notice. And as for Bert saying that 95% of these reviews were from ADT employees, I can assure you I am not with any monitoring company. That is why I am putting my name on this review. And how can Bert write a review and give it 5 stars when he does work for Care? That review is very biased.

I've been a customer since 2009 and have had nothing but outstanding service and support. As another reviewer stated, the monitoring fees are reasonable compared to other services. I highly recommend them over any national chain service.
