Chandler Jones and Precision Overhead Garage Door Service team came through for my family BIG time tonight! Our garage door was damaged with parts of it hanging off the track so the door would not close, and we were concerned the door might fall. I called Precision based on a recommendation from my neighbor. The woman I spoke with listened to me and escalated the call, which I was so grateful for.

A manager called me within 10 minutes of hanging up and said he'd contacted a tech - Chandler Jones - that lived 10 minutes from my house. Chandler had agreed to come out even though he was done for the day at 7:30 pm to secure the door and come up with a game plan. Within 30 minutes, Chandler was at my house. He was kind, professional, and knowledgeable.

He quoted several options, we selected the option we were comfortable with, and he secured our garage door. Our new door comes in a couple weeks. My family can't thank Chandler enough for going above and beyond to take care of us so we can sleep peacefully tonight. We highly recommend Chandler and the team supporting him at Precision!

I gave 5 stars for the Service Technician, Chandler Jones. He is dedicated to his job. He is knowledgeable, friendly, and a fast mover. The job he tackled was supposed to take a hour but he did it in 35 minutes. I was amazed at how organized he was. I applaud your company for teaming with Chandler. I would recommend your company because of Chandler to my family and friends. Keep the good work up Chandler! You have a great future ahead of you.

I was pleased with how quickly they were able to get someone to our house to give us a quote for new door openers and service our current doors. David was very nice and professional. He did not pressure us to purchase anything. He answered all of our questions. The installation and work was done quickly and top notch. Would definitely recommend Precision Overhead Door to my friends and family.

The technician called to ask if he could do the work earlier than the scheduled appointment. He arrived and explained what needed updating/replacing and gave me the cost, to which I agreed. He worked swiftly and, after finishing, reviewed the repairs made and maintenance performed. Payment was easy. Precision has done all the work on my garage door for 20+ years and, so far, never an issue. Perfect service every time!

I contacted Precision with a major problem with Garage Door. The Technician was at my House is less than and hour. He checked the door and gave me quote. I was preparing for setting up appointment when He said I will fix it now. He went to work and didn't stop until job was completed. The door was beginning to collapse and he relocated studs and replaced all springs etc. Chandler did an outstanding job and highly recommend Precision for quick and great Service. Totally satisfied!

The service technician called about ten minutes prior to arrival and was right on time. Since I was new to garage door repair, he was extremely patient in answering my questions. He explained the issue with my door and had it repaired and inspected in a little over an hour. (Probably wouldn't have taken as long if I was not asking questions.) Everyone at Precision was courteous and helpful.

I called at 9am (after seeing two Precision trucks on my drive home). They set an appointment for the same day, 12-2pm. My technician, David called at 11:45 to say he was already en route. He arrived on time and went straight to evaluating what needed to be done. The price was far less than I had anticipated. The work was completed promptly and I was extremely pleased with the aesthetic touches he added. David is very professional, personable and pleasant. Great experience! Called for an appointment and they were able to come the same day. In fact, called ahead and was able to come earlier than expected. Trip, my service rep was very professional. He educated me as to what the problem was and gave me several options to take care of the issue from a quick economical temporary fix to a full warrantied replacement option. This is a great company! Very friendly and professional. The installers made sure I knew how to work, maintain, and troubleshoot my door if any issues arise. There was a mix up with the type of door I ordered, and Michelle did a great job working with the management team to come up with a solution. I'm very happy with my new door and system.

We called the team at midday after my wife unwittingly reversed our Jeep through the garage door without opening it. David was here by 3pm and had the door fully repaired and changed out all of the springs, rollers, drums and wires and fit a keypad and was done by 5pm. Really professional service and very courteous and friendly guy. We're considering driving our truck through the garage door next week just to re-live what was an extraordinarily pleasant experience.

My service man called and actually arrived early. He was a very knowledgeable, careful gentleman who really knew his stuff! He was very thorough and informed me of what he was doing and Sought informed permission prior to doing the work. He was also concerned if my safety. I was doing some woodworking and having a problem that nearly injured me. He got a personal tool out if his truck for my safety. It dud the truck and he advised me to get one. I felt he went the extra mile. God bless him.

Precision Overhead Garage Door Service (Tripp Ray) did an outstanding job. My garage door was in poor operating condition and made a loud noise when activated. I was briefed and shown what needed to be done during the inspection in order to have my garage operating properly. Tripp replaced several worn parts and I received a warranty for all work performed.

Precision Overhead Garage Door Company provides the best customer service and garage door repair in the Columbia/Lexington South Carolina area. Initially we had Premier Garage Door company come out and assess our garage door spring that snapped. The technician assessed that the spring has a four month back order or we can replace the entire garage door with spring within the week.

That was unacceptable and caused us to reach out to other companies. Precision has 24/7 call center service that provided accurate estimates and available repair schedules. We decided to go with Precision and very glad we did. They came out the next day to assess and make on the spot repair. David, the technician was very detailed and organized with his work effort.

Really fast response time. I called to take advantage of the $75 fall tune-up special and they gave me an appointment for the next day. The technician, Richard Smith called me in the morning and gave me a timeframe he would be arriving. When he arrived, he was very courteous and promptly started the inspection. He did find several issues, which I had anticipated.

He went through everything that he found and explained it all in detail. He was able to make the repairs the same day. I was very pleased with his work and will definitely be requesting him as the technician for my next tune-up and services.

My garage door broke due to the spring system so I called Precision and they got me an appointment for the next business day. The gentlemen that came out to do a quote was extremely helpful and got me an appointment the following day for it to be fixed. Chuck and Blake (the bearded crew) came to fix my door and upon available they were very welcoming and knowledgeable.

They made sure to explain everything to me, including the warranty, service calls fees in the future, and even give me helpful tips when it came to purchasing a surge protector in order to have longevity in my motor.
