Didn't smooth the surface. New sod is bumpy. Gave me no advice on how to care for the new lawn

Mark and John are great guys to work for, they will give anyone a chance who is willing to work. Excellent company.

My company does hauling for this company, they are very professional, honest, and reliable.

They delivered 3 trashy pallets of sods. Each slice crumbles in my hand as I peel it off from the pallet. By the time I lay it on our lawn, it's crumbs of grass and soil. We have ordered from another company 4 pallets before Grandview delivered theirs, and I didn't have issues with those sods. Grandview initially promised to deliver on Tuesday but due to rain, there was a delay. I'm still waiting for them to call me or my husband for a replacement. Only then will I update this review.update: so they did pick up the pallets today and told us we will be refunded.

I highly recommend NOT turning to this company if you are a one time residential buyer. I'm positive their repeat contracts get the premium cuts, based on the experience had with this company. A "One time" purchase turned into a nightmare with these people. Of 4 pallets ordered, 3 were garbage, 1 was fresh and new. I was lucky to get a pizza slice sized piece off the 3 pallets.

After throwing what was salvageable from the trash that we purchased, we called them to come get 2 half pallets that were unusable trash, and replace it with a workable, new cut, pallet. They did and replaced the trash with what we paid for. Falling short on the job, we regrettably ordered a 5th pallet from this circus. We were given a "rain delay", and once again, it was an old trash pallet, filled with pizza slice sized pieces of sod.

If you're reading this, then it's probably too late and you're supplied the same garbage as us. But if not, and you are shopping around, do yourself a HUGE favor, SCROLL PAST this ridiculous company!

Their guys are very skilled at what they do. They offer landscape maintenance, SOD installment, hardscaping and more at a decent price guaranteed.

Grass was beautiful, they did a great job! Install crew was fast & friendly. Great quality sod & landscaping. Highly recommended!

Their price is good. The response time in answering texts and phone calls is as well. However, their delivery and communication regarding delivery is awful. I had a "morning" delivery scheduled and confirmed.no delivery. Called and was told "he should be there in about an hour". Hour passes.still no delivery. It is now afternoon and I still have NO sod!

The sod came out excellent Sergio and Lee did a great job. My yard is the best looking in the neighborhood. Thank you Grandview

Best grass we have gotten, the centipede was amazing. They gave us incredible customer service. Delivery was on time and we will absolutely using them again.

Worst experience ever in Marion County. Did that they delivered was very poor quality and infact bottom of the crate were pieces or dirt only does as per my lawn guy. Their sales rep was also pretty much rude. Would not recommend to anyone me.

They have managers that skip out from paying other business for their service. Hire better people. If he's stealing from me what is he doing with your customers? Please have him pay the $240!

Great guys that will definitely give you your money's worth. Local guys that know how to fix your landscape and irrigation situations.
