2 to 3 days quoted turned into 3 months. Poor craftsmanship, would not complete all of the work in the contract and still insisted on full payment. I still have water damaged floors and subfloors. Would not recommend.

I live in Maryland and this winter from December 2009 thru March of 2010, we had over 85 inches of snow. In March 2010, I had trouble with a busted water pipe and ice daming problems. Our insurance adjuster told us about Blue Heron Restoration. Blue Heron came out immediately to help us out with down gutters, and water problems. They were out the same day of our problem.
