The young man they sent out was very nice. However, he put compression dents in my newly refinished floor, and flooded my floor. I did not have him do the repair because of these issues. I paid the service fee.

I've been using Dave's Appliance for over 6 years now and have never regretted it. We bought a house this year in May and since we have lived there the appliances have been a nightmare.
