Amazing customer service here! Houston supervisor Juan and his team really had a way of making a bad situation into a great one. I was having trouble with another company who was giving my husband and I such a hard time. Not only did I get the material we originally wanted but we felt great about the service! So many colors to choose from along with great quality here, I highly recommend Houston location.

This product is fit for nothing. All the flooring edges are peeing off and I called their customer service and they told it is the installation problem. I called another flooring specialist and he confirmed it is a manufacturing defect. This company doesn't want to listen or interest to fix the problem. A horrible company to work with. Don't get fooled by this distributor or manufacturer.

Now I am forced to scrap all these and put new one. Keep away from this company and their sales person will say thousand words to impress you that they are the only company in the world who can do better. Sorry I am done with it

BEWARE HORRIBLE PRODUCT AND THEY ARE LIARS. Joey (Floors Houston) promised a lifetime warranty on the work as well as the manufacturer warranty on the product and assured us his products were SUPERIOR. We chose them because of this specifically. We installed vynl plank flooring throughout our whole home and less than a year after installation it has peaked at the seams and looks warped and has started coming apart.

Mind you this is Vynl flooring that is supposed to be waterproof and meant for high traffic. I have literally cut my feet on the corners that have popped up. The material is not vynl otherwise it would be practically indestructible and wouldn't break so easily. I notified Joey @floorhou and we went through a claim through the manufacturer Knoas Flooring which blamed it on the installer.

They offered a discount on they product to Joey since it was on him to fix it and we came to an agreement for him to go ahead to fix it and then Joey blocked our calls and never showed up. The manufacturer won't sell us the replacement product since they do not work with individuals only companies so we just got screwed more than 15k! For this reason, and the fact that their product is cheap, I would never recommend Knoas Flooring to anyone!

To make matters worse we are trying to sell our home and we are supposed to have added value with a new floor but we will have to replace the whole floor for which we have no budget to do so. I will go ahead and persue my right legally but this Floors Houston is the worst as well as Knoas Flooring stove they can't even agree to supply us with the product to fix the problem! Joey is a criminal of the worst kind with a record (found out after this whole ordeal) and I would never recommend letting him into your home let alone hiring him! I can't believe Knoas Flooring would consider him an authorized distributor.

Amazing customer service and depth of knowledge for my work/live project. Thrilled with the results and can't wait to use them in my next project.

I try to call the store to check for a item availability never answer the phone i had to drive there and the customer service was terrible.

Had floor less than two years and is already chipping and is not waterproof as stated. Very disappointed!

Waterproof materials are awesome. They have new varieties on colors modern and traditional, , I like it

Worst flooring I've ever had. Purchased less than 2yrs ago from an authorized local dealer not to mention paid over $3,000. Within months it started chipping and when I tried to file a warrenty claim they said its an install issue. Its funny bc I work for a big remodeling company and have never had issues with other floors installed on my jobs. Trust me pay a little extra money and get a good product, and get it from a company that dosent take over a year to tell you that your issue isn't covered by their warrenty.

Paid over $3,000 of their laminate flooring from a local dealer. Less than 2yrs later there are huge chips and all the edges in the main waking areas are chipped. I Tried to file a warrenty claim, took over 6 months for them to tell it was an install issue and no warranty coverage. There is no issue with install it is the product itself. I am a PM for a big remodeling company and I will make sure this product is never used on any of mine or my colleagues projects.

I should have gone to lowes, I could have gotten a much more durable product at half the price. The saying that you get what you pay for is not true in this case. Stay away from these guys they do not honor their warrenty. Update flooring chipping even more in traffic areas. Called company, and asked how this could be a install issue makes no sense.

If you want high quality product and great pricing Knoas is your answer, we purchase Golden Apple and I couldn't ask for more my floors always look clean and beautiful. I am so happy with my new floors!

I do not like the flooring I purchased from Knoa's flooring, but they are a very considerate company. I purchased their Albion maple harvest flooring because the sample plank looked great and they advertised that >95% of planks are different.

I have been buying laminate for years and i really recommend all their material, very good quality and easy to install. they have a good selection of colors to choose from at very good price, and outstanding customer service.
