My roof is about 5 years old live in high wind area so ends started flapping. Called Burke Roofing, Jerry came out looked at it. 2 days later Wayne& Timmy came out and fixed everything. I could not be happier. Called within a week it was fixed. Great Company. Will refer them to all my friends.

Burke Roofing installed a Skyline 2 years ago, and it started to whistle with windy. I called and got no response from 3 weeks. Mr Burke called yesterday, and apologized as he had been down with Covid and hadn't been in the office for a month. His crew arrived as he said they would and fixed my problem. Couldn't be more impressed! Our skylight was damaged during storm leaving a hole in our roof. The insurance company emergency team was not able to tarp due to the steep roof and snow. I called several other roofing companies-all unable to help. Fortunately I reached Bill who had an experienced team out within an hour of my call (during a holiday week). They were Wonderful to work with and I could not be more appreciative of their help.

After some biblical rain that we got in Reno, we needed some assistance (as did much of the rest of the city). We were lucky enough to get our call answered immediately, and Jerry came out quickly to assess the situation. We made an appointment quickly, but I had to cancel because my insurance wasn't ready to pay up. Luckily, I was able to reschedule for another week or two later without any problems. They came out on time, did all their work, and then were able to bill me easily later. Super simple and great communication from the whole staff.

Had a sun tunnel installed today. Bill came out last week for an estimate and the job was completed today. Quick, on time and zero problems, which is pretty refreshing these days. Will call them in a minute if I need services again.

We had a massive ceiling leak in our primary bedroom a week ago during the big rain in October 2021. Burke came out the next day and determined that several roof tiles were disrupted (possibly by a micro-burst of wind). Burke Roofing then came out several days later and fixed the roof in one day. By fixed, I mean they pretty much repaired, replaced and reset the roof and tiles on much of roof over the bedroom and around the chimney. The price was a bargain for what they did. I need help because my husband is passed, my skylight is leaking, I don't know what kind it is, caulking doesn't work & I found the woman on the phone to be quite rude. I said I need help because it's leaking and around it there is also damage, her response was they didn't do repairs.but your website says skylight repairs, roofing. I need that. I'm in Winnemucca."oh we don't go that far" I hung up because how rude she was.

We could not be happier with our experience with Burke Roofing. Jerry, our contact person, was prompt in keeping in touch and letting us know what was going on. The crew that repaired our roof leak was done in in a timely manner and cleaned up everything in the yard and patio. This is important to us since we have a young child. The pictures they took showed each step of the work and its completion. We're looking forward to a winter without a leaky roof.

They do quality work but are very rude and disrespectful definitely won't return

They did an amazing job! Not only is our roof beautiful, but the entire experience was excellent! I highly recommend this company! They were kind and clearly explained what I could expect during the process. They worked morning to evening and finished the entire roof in just 2 days! They did a great clean up sweep as well! I have waited six months, since the completion of my re-roof, to write this review. I wanted to provide the most effective feedback for this company. My research of the surrounding Reno/Sparks area lead me to compare Burke Roofing against three other bids for my re-roof. Burke Roofing was not the cheapest. This was acceptable for me, as my primary concern was with quality.

What made me go with this company is the Owner. I do not know if this is normal, but Mr. Burke came out to talk to me regarding the bid. He provided me samples of the roof options and fully explained the process. He took the time to answer all my questions and explain everything his roofers do to bring quality to his product and service. Upon contracting with Burke Roofing, they completed my roof within 4 days.

My house is not big by any means (1,400 sq. ft) and the roof is not complex. I do not know if this is impressive. I am writing this as a point of reference for others on what to expect. They provided excellent cleanup and even took care of the permit that was required to be filed with the city. Recently, I had an inspector come to survey the house.

This was unrelated but I was interested on what would be said about the roof. The inspector stated no leaks or damage (even after a couple of extreme Northern Nevada 10min downpours which produced crazy waterfalls from the roof) and even complimented the roof, on three separate occasions! He stated the roof was solid and that all the roof fixtures were properly booted and sealed.

He even went as far as stating "whoever did your roof, knew how to do it right". This was the moment that I knew I had made the right choice. The roof not only looks great, but I know quality was a priority in its construction. Therefore, I highly recommend this company. I hope this helps.

This company and its owner, Bill, are fantastic. Polite, super knowledgeable, professional and on time, they installed two fantastic sun tunnel skylights in under 2 hours. They transformed my living room and hall from a dark cave into a haven of bright natural light. Clean up was remarkable. It's like they were never there. And the topper-Burke was also the least expensive of all the roofers I contacted. I would recommend them for any roofing needs.

I bought a house six months ago that happened to have a terrrrrible roof that my inspector failed to realize was terrible. So when I called around to get estimates to replace it, Jerry with Burke Roofing was one of the fastest to come out and take a look. And then get back to me with an estimate and an appointment. Their bid was competitive and they were really easy to communicate with - not true of other roofers I contacted.

There was a bit of a delay because the shingles I ordered had to be ordered, and they said they arrived but on the morning of start date said they hadn't arrived, so that was a little confusing but worked out ok. The weather held! Whew. The guys came and worked hard for two long days - they had to remove multiple layers of shingles the previous owner had put on so that was a process.

So the new roof is beautiful! And they added lots of missing flashing and several vents- AND a Velux sun tunnel. They got all the permits, payment was easy, Jerry took care of some last details that needed touchups.it was really easy. 5 year guarantee on workmanship. I am loving my new roof!

We recently bought a house and on our inspection we were told our roof needed some maintenance. We reached out and Jerry took care of us! Him and the guys are awesome! I found Burke Roofing on yelp when I was in the process of purchasing a home. My inspection report showed I needed a new roof and Burke Roofing gave me a competitive quote with multiple options for color and look within just a day or two. I was able to plan for the cost of the roof before finalizing the purchase of my home and it made everything so much easier.

When the crew arrived they were extremely clean and kept all debris, trash, nails etc. to a minimum. I am impressed and thankful for the work that was done. Thank you Burke Roofing!

Poor business practice. Although we had paid the original invoice upon completion, we received several invoices for payment after that. Our bank showed the check was cleared 3 days after the check was issued. 37 days later, we got a message requesting payment. 3 stars because they were able to come next day to replace the tiles that came loose due to wind.

Didn't even get as far as a quote. I sent a message via Yelp and provided my contact info. (including phone number) and availability. Apparently, that offended the owner Bill as he shot back a short, rude reply that if I want service I need to be the one to call them. Unprofessional and indicative of poor customer service. PASS.

I needed someone to give a second opinion on a roof inspection that was completed on my house and Bill was amazing! Called Burke Roofing for estimate on having broken and slipped tiles replaced and repaired. Their estimate was reasonable and had them do the work. They had crew come out and repairs were made promptly, replacement tiles almost a perfect match, cannot tell any difference actually. Work accomplished quickly and efficiently, 2 year guarantee on work, which is excellent. I highly recommend this company for any tile roof repair, and will definitely use them for future repairs!

Fast, well-priced, quality work. Bill, the owner, personally estimated and oversaw the job completion. Called on Wednesday and had my concrete tile roof repaired on Friday! I was expecting to have to special order and wait weeks, but Bill and crew got the materials and made the repair in 3 days. I called Burke Roofing based on the high reviews here and on yelp and I wasn't disappointed. Of the 3 roofers I called for estimate, Bill was least expensive and completed the repair before others completed estimates.

Was referred by a friend to Burke roofing. After getting 3 other quotes, one of which was more than twice the price I ended up paying, I decided to go with Burke. I think I made the right choice. We had Burke Roofing do a complete replacement on our 2-story house in NW Reno. couldn't be any happier with their service! Price was very fair and they did an excellent job, they had everything done in only 2 days. It also included removal of the old roof. Highly recommend!

Burke Roofing was prompted and professional. They gave me a reasonable quote within a few days. After I accepted their bid I was expecting to have to wait a few weeks for repairs but was called the next day and they completed the work that day.

We just had our roof(flat roof) replaced by Burke Roofing. Everyone we met, from Jerry the estimator and all the work crew were very courteous and professional. The work crew started early and finished late and completed the roof replacement in 3+ days. They left the yard clean without any signs of construction. We highly recommend them!

I couldn't be happier my daughter use to sell roofing and she advised me to call Burke Roofing. The best decision I have made. They showed up Monday at about 8 am. Stripped the roof as quickly as I have ever seen. By Tuesday 3:51pm they were done, absolutely perfect the roof is beautiful Mr Burke did everything he promised and in half the time expected.

We used Burke Roofing to replace our aging thirty (30) year roof this summer. Mr. Burke followed through with the start date and completion date. The five (5) man crew worked in (100) hundred degree heat and they were professional, courteous. and friendly. They meticulously cleaned up the work area to our satisfaction. Mr. Burke, the owner was proficient and provided us with all the necessary paperwork for the job. Burke Roofing exceeded our expectations and we would highly recommend them for your roofing needs.

When we first contracted with Burke Roofing, we had intended to only replace the roof tiles. After looking over product materials, it was decided that we would also install two skylights. The skylights are solar-powered, so they open, have screens, and power shades; none of which require electrical connections. The day of the skylight install, we decided to also install two sun tunnels.

A day that started out looking at new cars ended up within the week being a fair size home project. We got through the car show without a purchase and then stopped in at a small home show. Right inside the door we saw a display of Velux skylights and sun tunnels. We have long been admirers of bringing light in via a tube and our living room really needed some brightening up.

Would not give a bid as we were shopping for price. Are they kidding?
