My experience with Hoosier Windows and Siding was great from the beginning. They were quick to respond to an online request for a quote to have my house sided and have new gutters installed, and had an appointment scheduled for an estimate the very next day. The quoting process was painless. Andy and Sam provided multiple installation and payment options to find a package and price that worked for my family's needs, and fit their availability to our schedule. Tim and Ken were the installers that sided the house, and I couldn't be more pleased with their work and their demeanor.

They were communicative in any issues they thought there might be and getting our input on anything that wasn't "by the book". They made the conscious decision to be personable to my family and myself. I have been happy with the entire process and would happily recommend them to anyone looking to have their house sided.

After hearing great feedback from family and friends that used Hoosier Windows & Siding, I decided to have them come out and quote my window replacement job. From the moment I spoke with a salesperson I felt comfortable and reassured they knew their product without the pressure to "buy right now or the sale ends today" (huge turn off when selling me something).

I even called other competitors to compare and the lack of some basic window knowledge was shocking to me. I finally made the decision to order from Hoosier and the whole process has been very easy and professional. Windows came in a month earlier than expected, installers were very professional and they cleaned up (inside and outside) as they installed each window.

I cannot attest to the longevity at this point, but they have a warranty that stands behind their product better than other companies that were recommended to me. Thank you Hoosier for the ease of working with you.

Guy just knocked the glass out the window frame to outside? Fine glass in my carpet! Hope their vacuum got it all which I highly doubt. Won't be replacing the last 3 in the house!

These are sold as custom windows, even had to take 2 mornings off work for them to measure. All 4 windows were 3 to 4 inches smaller than the old ones, which required trim modifications inside to cover the gap. They took over 3 months to get the windows in and I had to take 2 and a half additional days off work for them to complete the job. Quality of installation was poor. 1 window had a broken roller and they broke an exterior outlet cover and never told me. The interior trim is barely secured, not even a little bit satisfied with this company.

They came out during the pandemic and gave us a quote. They were so professional and informative. I was happy with the whole process. Measured windows, went over everything then gave us dates when windows would be in and then installed.went above and beyond in there service. Loved them so much recommended them to my daughter and then son. Would totally recomend to anyone. Thanks Andy and all Hoosier guys.

Hoosier came out and replaced all our windows and siding. They did an excellent job of getting it all done on time and it looks great. I would recommend them to anyone and would buy again from this company!

Most of my windows that I purchased through Hoosier windows the seals are broken and they are clouded. I had a 50 year warranty through Gorell who was the window maker that Hoosier sold for. Doesn't mean squat now that Gorell went out of business. Some how Hoosier gets to keep their good name and brag about how long they have been in business. We spent a lot of money for windows you can't see out of.

We had the best service from Hoosier windows! They removed our old window and installed our brand new one in an extremely reasonable amount of time. We had quick service when it came to getting a quote and then professional service when it came to installation. I will always recommend working with Hoosier windows when it comes to windows or doors

We bought windows from them last year and they did a fantastic job. We were so pleased that when it was time to replace the siding, we called them. We got a great discount because we were former customers, and the salesman was super nice and helpful as we decided what kind of siding to choose. The job was done with hard-working installers who were courteous and considerate. We are 100% satisfied with how our house looks now; it looks brand new! Very pleased with the whole experience. Nice people, great products.

I was approached by a man walking down the street while mowing, he asked if someone could stop by to give me a quote on a new roof. I agreed and set up an appointment a few days later. The sales person showed up (stated he was the owner of the company) on time and started off giving, what I thought was good information, to just find out later that it was all a high pressure sales pitch.

He stayed at my house for 4 hours and finally gave me a quote of $57,000 for a new asphalt roof on an average sized 1960's vintage house. I, of course asked if he was crazy. he then told me he could drop the price to 34k. then 24k. he then said if he made a call to the owners (mind you he told me earlier he was the owner)he could get me one more price if I agreed to take the offer right then. It was a total waste of time while he wasted my day off. Steer clear of this company, who knows how many people have fallen for this sales pitch.

We have spent 50k with Hoosier to update home. Super happy with siding and gutters, more than disappointed with windows. Since install, had them here 3 times for leaking windows and guess what? Leaking AGAIN today. Co owner Andy needs to get back here before our room grows mold. Very disappointed in the windows and installation.

Hey, Hoosier Windows, where are you? Had an appoinment for today, 4/9 @ 7pm. What is the point to solicit door to door, when your people don't even show up when we actually do commit to an appointment?

They came to our subdivision giving "free estimates". I told them I wasn't interested when they came to my door, but then I remembered my neighbor needed new windows. I got on my bike and tracked the guy down, but he was already at my neighbor's house. I said since you were going to be here you might as well give me an estimate too. I filled out a card with my name and address.

No mention of the following.by signing that card, they have the right to run a credit check on you. Which means they put a "hard" inquiry against your credit. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY!

I love the bay window! The men who installed it did a phenomenal job since it was once a box window and they converted it into a bay window. Thank you for doing such a nice job and having such a great product.

My husband and I had a salesman come to our house to give us an estimate on new windows. When he was pressuring us to make a decision right then and there, I (very nicely) told him that we were shopping around to get the best product and price. His attitude completely changed, said, "he thought this decision was in my husband's hands" and literally said that he was "frustrated because of me". NEVER have I been treated so POORLY and UNPROFESSIONALLY by anyone.

It was also mentioned how far he drove to give us this estimate (if we had known, we wouldn't have agreed to the estimate which THEIR company was soliciting in OUR neighborhood). Our family will gladly pay more to NOT use this company. I am really still in shock over this treatment. My husband was in complete disbelief as well and mentioned it many times after the "salesperson" left. SALESPERSON-JASON DICE

'Sales Manager' showed up at my door yesterday with a young kid. Said they were in the neighborhood meeting with homeowners to set up appointments. I told him I was busy but asked if he had a business card or brochure. He had neither.sounded really fishy. Van they were driving looked like it had a magnetic sign slapped on it. Does not sound legitimate to me.

Don't waste your time. Filled out their contact us thing on their website 2 times now with no phone call or email. So I called them and was told the people who handle estimates aren't in the office till 11 or 11:30.

I got new windows 3 years ago and My Wife and I love them, We got treated with respect from the sales associate and the people that took out and replaced the windows. Matter of fact, when the windows are paid in full(no interest) by the way---we will make an appointment to get New siding.

The sales rep was so courteous and knowledgeable about the products. He promptly answered all of our questions before and after the sale. The installers were very nice and very respectful of our homes furnishings. They cleaned up after the installation so well that you couldn't even tell that they had been here with the exception of the beautiful windows left behind.

Dishonest company, trickery-driven marketing and sales. Door to door sales guy didn't clarify to me that they were going to run my credit BEFORE doing business with them. I called Hoosier Windows several times and talked to one of the owners, his name is Chris.

It's so difficult to get good service these days but you are an exception. I got an excellent product and the installation was efficient and high quality. Every person I worked with exhibited great customer service. I couldn't be more pleased. Thanks.

I was impressed with the efficiency of the installation crew, very professional. They left everything neat and clean. First visit from my sister was, Wow, I love the door. We are impressed with the decreased air flow into the house. It went from a draft to feeling zero air flow.

Door to door salesperson would not give me a business card or anything with information about this business. He stated, That's not how we do business. Sounded fishy to me. That's not how we do business either.

Please stop soliciting my neighborhood! (Wildwood Park) Door to door sales in very old fashioned and not appreciated, especially pounding on my door when my family is eating dinner and/or my child is sleeping.

We were and are very pleased with the actual window. It functions very well, and is excellently insulated. Fantastic temperature and sound insulation. However, the customer service leaves a LOT to be desired. First appointment, installer was over 2 hours late. No calls whatsoever from the company or installer to us - we had to call them, multiple times, to find out what was going on. FINALLY found out, over 2 hours after our appointment time, that the installer was running late. OK, fine, things happen. Rescheduled for first thing the next day. AGAIN, the installer ran late, and AGAIN no communication from the company to us except when we called them to ask what was going on. Installer finally showed up over 2 hours AFTER our scheduled appointment time, no apology, no explanation.

The owner of the company informed us that it's not the company's policy to let customers know if / when the installer is running late. If you have all the time in the world to wait, then you might want to patronize them, but otherwise? Give them a miss, and go with someone who will at least CONTACT YOU when the schedule needs changing!
