Shower and Toilet blockage My shower drain and toilet drain was stopped up. I called Sanders Plumbing around 9:30 am, told them it was a non emergency, they said they would send John out soon and he arrived around 10:45 am. He and his helper finished up at 1:pm. It was a hard blockage. While he was working on the blockage, I told him I was thinking about having a new toilet installed.

He said I could save a service call if they did it while they were here this time. I picked one up and got it back to the house just as they finished clearing the blockage. They got that installed, and everything is working fine now. John and his assistant were both very professional, they followed Covid safety procedures, and the price was very reasonable.

If I could give them less than one star I would. I needed a routine maintenance job done. Everything was working. By the time I made them leave, my water heater was disconnected and disabled and they were quoting a huge job required to be done " for my sAfety" that would have been hundreds of dollars. The plumber I called to fix what they had done told me I should report them to the Texas plumbers board. My thought was they saw an older woman they could easily swindle. The icing on the cake was when they told me what good Christians they were.

No show - after booking an appointment for plumbing services with a date & time frame confirmed, arrangements were made to take off work to be home for when the repairs were to occur. Sanders plumbing never showed up & when I called to follow up that day what happened they said they didn't know, & didn't have the appointment on the schedule even though the person who I booked the appointment remembered scheduling it with me.

The result: a wasted vacation day off work with no repair done because they couldn't come out until two days after the appointment they missed. Very bad customer service, beware.

I would give this company half a star if I could. They were supposed to go and do a job for me and I had to call them six times to check and see if it was done. A week later and six phone calls later, I finally got an answer that they NEVER did the job.

Terrible service! Called about our tankless water heater not working. The technician arrived within a couple hours and spent about 30 minutes checking the unit over. Charged me $175 to tell me that it wasn't working and they would need to see if they could find parts.
