Lange Roofing

This review is based upon my interaction with a Lange Roofing representative driving a Lange Roofing livery vehicle. I would associate safety and craftsmanship as important aspects of installing a roof, but based upon how the Lange Roofing representative aggressively tailgated me and harassed me on the highway, I do not believe that this is a place where I would want to do business.

The representative showed no regard for safety concerns as he sped excessively through the constrstution on hwy 190, failed to stop for traffic control devices and then sped and wove through traffic headed into Temple. It was not until the driver realized I was taking pictures and recording him that he bothered to slow down. It is telling that the representative did not bother being a safe or courteous driver until they realized they were being recorded. I do need a new roof, but I've seen all I need from Lange Roofing to not solicit them for a bid.

The wind storm that went through central Texas a couple months ago damaged our roof. My wife and I contacted just about every roofer from Temple, TX to Austin. Every single roofer said we needed a complete replacement and quoted us an outrageous amount. When we called Lange Roofing, a contractor came out the very next day. Said a replacement wasn't necessary and our roof still had life. Said we only needed a repair and gave us an amazing price for it.

When they came out for the repair they were fast, professional and just absolutely amazing. Honesty goes a long way and when it's time to replace my roof I know exactly who I'm calling. Best roofing company in Texas!

We had the best service thru this company. We will recommend them to everyone. They are very professional, extremely helpful, and did such a wonderful job on the new roof. They did the job in one day. The best of all is the customer service I received from the office, Marie is the BEST! Five stars aren't enough, they need more stars.

Excellent folks! Finding good customer service around Fort Hood has been a challenge for the decade I have been here, but the folks at Lange were wonderful to work with! They came recommended by my realtor, and I am really glad I went with them! The current market is crazy, but I got a fair quote and a reasonable lead time. They were even happy to squeeze my roof in between work trips. I will definitely call Lange back for my next roof.

Great company, we used them for a brand new roof after a hail storm. They were very easy to work with, complete tear off and replacement done in one day. All workers were very hard working and actually seemed to love their job. I did get worried about an approaching rain storm but they had already called in more help to get it done. I would definitely recommend them for all your roofing needs.

Lange Roofing is a stellar, reliable, was so fast to response to my after hour emailed, they returned the email that evening and was there the next morning. From start to finished less than 24 hours after the initial email, it was completed. The employees ( the roofer, customer service representative) all are superior to other businesses! Lange Roofing has been extremely great to work with. They're on it! They respond quickly & professionally. They get the job done right in record time for my clients. Marie is always pleasant on the phone and responds quickly to any requests. In Real Estate time is of the essence and Lange Roofing truly understands. If I call 3 companies for an estimate, Lange Roofing is always the first to go out and send us an estimate. Great reliable Company and awesome people to work with!

My roof was completed very fast. I was impressed with how many showed up to do my roof and they were friendly and efficient. Front office staff was pleasant to work with and quick to answer all questions. Love the completed product.

Excellent company! Extremely professional crew and office staff. Gave us a great quote on upgrade shingles, worked with repair escrow on home loan, and did high quality installation with great warranty. Price was less than half the price we were quoted from other local companies and they worked with our restricted time line with the repair escrow.

Just got my new roof put on from Lange Roofing. As of right now, I love it a whole lot. They did a wonderful job. I had a question about something and one of the workers answered it with no hesitation. I also had a question after the job was done and I called to speak to someone about it, and the the person who answered the phone was very professional and kind.

Excellent service from the moment I called, to the completion of the repair. The timeline was fast, convenient, and each person I spoke with was friendly and professional. The estimate was free, and matched the cost of the actual repair. I have seen Lange Roofing signs in many yards, and I have heard many positive recommendations. The company has a solid reputation in the area, which was very comforting. I was pleased with the results.

I had the pleasure of dealing with Lange roofing in the winter of 2012. We had to get our rental property leaky roof replaced. They came out within two weeks of our claim and replaced the roof and we were very pleased with their work. It only took a few days until completion of the new roof, and we appreciated their cleanup of our property once the job was done.

WOW! - I have the luxury of working out of my home, so I got to observe them in action. It was like watching a Nascar pit crew. Their team of experts jumped up on the roof and knocked it out in no time.

I would NOT recommend this company. First of all, their secretary is rude. I asked her to call my wife's number to talk to her and she replied by saying that there are two other lines on her phone and have my wife call back.

As my rating signifies, HATED IT! Where do I start? First, Lange Roofing (and I use the term 'Roofing' loosely) came out and started putting on the wrong shingles. After noticing, I let them know they were putting on the wrong shingles.

They don't deserve ANY stars. Not only are they completely unprofessional but the owner, Jason Lange is rude and obnoxius. My mom, who is almost 80 yo and whose second language is english called to check the status of her roofing work and spoke to a secretary before she was transferred to Jason Lange.
