My home warranty co. Sent out a garage door co. I was charged $85 for a service call. The top of my garage door buckled when I powered the motor to shut it. The co. Did nothing on the call. They wanted $250 plus the $85 to put a strut on, or pay $2500 for a new door. I called QOD and Wade fixed my door n under 30 minutes and I was only charged $150. I will be a customer now for life! Great job!

I've been trying to learn through YouTube and figured I could just change a broken coil spring myself. After the headache of trying to find parts and tools I figured I would give Quality overhead Door a call. The receptionist was very kind and helpful in just giving me an estimate. The price for the repair was cheaper than parts and tools. The repairman Kirk came out two hours after I made the call and replaced my broken spring in about 15 minutes. Friendly, knowledgeable staff that took a load off of my mind. I highly recommend. 10/10

Had some problems with the garage door opener they installed. 3 different visits to try and fix it. After getting quite upset they finally set out a guy named Josh. He is the guy you want installing or working on anything dealing with your overhead door. He did a great job listening to my frustrations and fixed the opener properly. The other 3 guys acted like they knew what they were doing, but after they left I still questioned what they did. Josh is who you need to ask for.

He is particular with what he is doing and focuses on quality and not quantity. I will always ask for him and won't deal with any of their other installers/repair guys. Sorry I didn't get his last name.

I called for an estimate of either replacing my garage door opener/door or adjusting them. The salesman came by and stated that the door and opener are in good order and could be adjusted. The serviceman came by within a couple of days and adjusted everything.

Company charges credit card fee of 2% on total invoice amount without notifying customers. I was not aware until I saw the charge on my credit card statement and compared to the invoice I received. I used this company for several years however now I refuse to use a company who is not honest and will recommend everyone I know to use a different service provider.

Thanks for our new garage door. We actually worked with three people throughout the process and all were great. They even came back to fix our keyless entry pad (even though it had nothing to do with our new door) on a separate day because I mentioned it didn't work for some reason.
