Stone Tech Fabrication

Stone Tech worked effectively, with the quartz they introduced in our kitchen and restroom. We were unable to be more joyful with their administration and the work that they did. All that from requesting to emerging for estimations, and the establishment was really simple and tranquil. Would enthusiastically suggest it!

This is my 3rd time using Stone Tech and they never disappoint. Everyone I deal with is professional and beyond knowledgable. I provide them with the measurements and my vision and they do the rest. The just completed a beautiful fireplace for our summer home and the results once again exceeded our expectations.

Check with the New Jersey division of the Better Business Bureau. Stone Tech has an "F" rating! I wish I had known this before I gave them any of my business. Stay far, far away! Give your business to Home Depot or Lowes before you shop here, at least that way there will be a semblance of customer service included with your order. John, the manager, is completely incapable of acknowledging his customer's requests or honoring their order.

If you custom order a slab that isn't on site, be prepared for this shop to ignore your specs, lose a top or two, and ask you to cover for their ineptitude. The showroom, fabrication shop, and installers that he oversees are incapable of having any influence over John and he refuses to answer direct phone calls. If you visit the shop to express to him how dissatisfied you are with your order, likely that you spent a few paychecks on, it's very typical for him to either be out of the office, on a conference call, or at lunch.

The salespeople, though they try, have no pull to get your order corrected. I spent over $50k on a kitchen and just the sight of the countertops and all of the agony this company has caused me, make it the worst room in the house.

Excellent selection and knowledgeable sales staff. BUT the installers had terrible attitude, work has NOT been completed to my satisfaction. Required full payment prior to installation. First phone call to company post installation I was told someone would call me in a few days to schedule an appointment to fix the issues. Next morning at 7:30 AM banging on my front door, same installers returned with the same non customer friendly attitude, refused to address my concerns and left. Repeated phone calls to the company and I'm told manager will call, company having computer issues! Still no call back from manager or anyone else. Unless the issues are addressed I cannot recommend this company.

I have visited this business several times to look for myself and my clients. The service is good and the prices are reasonable. They have a wide variety of stone including but not limited to granite, marble, quartz and more. They also offer complete kitchen design. Because it's located in an urban enterprise zone, there is also a reduced tax rate.

This is the first bad review I've ever written in my life. I'm writing this because I've never been treated more poorly as a customer then I have with StoneTech. They have made multiple mistakes in my project and will not own up to them and make them right. I'm seriously shocked at how poorly this has all been handled. I trusted my sales person and that was a huge mistake.

She didn't communicate anything that I reviewed with her to the fabrication team and gave me the wrong sink. The marble was cut to the wrong sink and they tried correcting it at my home. The amount of dust that this caused was insane and the cutout is still not big enough for the sink. But that was the best they can do. They will not recut this area to make it right.

They want to charge me $5000 to fix their mistake. I asked for a certain area of the slab to be avoided in the layout and I basically only got the area that I asked not to be in the layout. The sales person knows exactly what happened and what I asked for and how she didn't relay what I asked for to the fabrication team. She is a new employee and will not own up to anything and do what is right.

I would very highly suggest not working with this company that clearly does not care one bit about paying customers and only cares about their profit. Even when it is their mistake. I've never been more disappointed that I spent my hard earned money with this company who totally screwed me over and took advantage of me. They just want to be quick, not listen to their customers and make money.

The manager was so rude to me. I can go into way more detail but I think you get the point. Do not use this company. This is the worst experience I've ever had and we've completely remodeled many houses.

I went to Stone Tech to replace the countertops of my bar. I met Brian Miller and told him exactly what I wanted. In less than 30 minutes we found the perfect granite and I was out the door at a price that was better than expected. Plus, installation was on time and flawless. Thanks!

We had a wonderful experience at Stone Tech Fabrication from the minute we arrived until the installation of our beautiful stone. Chris was our sales representative and he took really great care of us. He helped us pick out some amazing pieces of stone for our projects and he helped us with every step of the way. I cannot recommend Stone Tech Fabrication and Chris highly enough. We look forward to our next project!

High quality marble and granite, and awesome customer service. The staff here are very knowledgeable and friendly. The prices are affordable and the services are top notch. I will definitely purchase my granite from here very soon.

I purchased granite countertops for my kitchen remodel from Stone Tech. The available selection in the stone yard was awesome. Danielle was very patient and helped me find the right stone. She also followed to make sure everything turned out how we envisioned. The installers were professional and made sure to shim the stone where necessary. I am very happy with how the final product came out!

Edit to reply to owner: When everything was originally installed the tech told us we would be called to schedule installation of a piece of backsplash that wasn't warped. We had no reason to not believe them. The window sill that was originally installed looked good from far away, but DID NOT fit right, which was only noticeable up close. I have 2 years of emails to prove that I have been hounding you to fix this stuff, I'll post them here if I have to. Also, the people you have measuring all IDIOTS. 1st windowsill too small, 2nd windowsill too big.

You guys are awful at what you do and you haven't made any attempt to fix it properly. I will be contacting the BBB, as well as the NJ Division of Consumer Affairs. 0 stars. if I could give negative stars I would. 2 of the pieces that were brought out to be installed were wrong. I had to play phone and email tag for 2 YEARS to get the problems corrected, and they messed up even worse than the first time. Now they are trying to blame the issues on walls that aren't square (they are), and they want my husband to fix the mess they made of my wall!

Great selection, quality and professionalism. From the time I selected my quartzite to the day they completed the installation was 2 weeks. I thought this was going to take months to get done, but Stone Tech made the process easier than I could have ever imagined.

Company sucks to deal with. No communication at all. They broke our slab then it was our fault that they decided to take it upon themselves to cut random slab n try n give it to use. Then new slab got pick. Got song an dance bout there edging bit was broke. Now countertop installed seeing big epoxy stop dead in middle of one of the pieces then a gash in another.

I would not recommend this company to anyone. Nothing but a headache took 2 months to get countertops with all there problems. Held up kitchen remodel with all there drama. Also everytime you call they will just pass you on then say there busy till you show up at there door which I had to do multiple times to get answers.

I recently used StoneTech to furnish and install countertops for a new kitchen I had completed in my home. On the front end, I worked with Kasia on finding the right product for my kitchen, and I can't recommend Kasia more. She helped me navigate their massive inventory and provided a ton of valuable insight and assistance during the decision making process.

My renovation was plagued with one issue after another and StoneTech was patient and flexible at every turn. I wish more of the vendors I dealt with during this renovation were as professional and easy to work with as StoneTech. On the tail end, I interacted with the template & install team. Once again, StoneTech exceeded my already high expectations.

Even during the constraints of Covid-19, they were fast, respectful, and followed all guidelines making for a smooth and painless process. They were amazing. I couldn't be more pleased with the final product, and I look forward to any opportunity to use or recommend them going forward. Thanks, StoneTech!

I wanted to share an unbelievable experience Stone Tech Fabrication. We decided to fully remodel a kitchen and were looking for a stone supplier take on a large project. We planned the project for 15 months. The project was complicated, involving several stone cutouts and large sections of continuous stone. One of the sections was 132" with a sink cut out.

Selection of a contractor that "could do pull off" our vision was key to the success of the project. Stone Tech was up to the challenge and produced a masterpiece. From the stone selection, to no pressure sales, to being involved in the layout, to delivery, install, cut quality, these guys are incredible. If you shop for stone, DON'T, just go to Stone Tech.

Really bad customer service, don't communicate delays and don't care about clients time Would recommend to go to another place for your requirements.

They will probably be better on larger jobs, but I had a small job with them and it was never delivered. 2.5 months of the run around before I had to cancel the order and go to a different place of business.

We just had Granite installed and the whole process was as easy as pie with the help of John Stevens, who knew his stuff, and a gentlemen from the start. The selection of stone in the yard to Peter who came out and measured our counters.

I can't say enough good things about this company. Over the course of almost 10 years, we have dealt exclusively with them because of their great quality stone and craftsmanship. Their staff is helpful, skilled, polite and have always gone above and beyond to help us achieve our goals.

Recently had my kitchen and bathroom done here. Very friendly, good products and good prices. The turn around time was really fast. I'm happy with my new kitchen and bathroom countertops. Would recommend!
