After a frustrating search for someone to hook up and assemble gas logs for a reasonable fee, I called Andy's. Not only were schedulers knowledgeable of my situation and willing to work with me, they were polite and friendly! I made a scheduling error, they returned my call promptly and were helpful getting my appointment rescheduled. The day of the appointment two gentlemen came to do the work.
I had some miscellaneous questions about my thermostat and gas stove, as well. My questions were answered kindly, while work progressed expediently on the log assembly. It was a beautiful and professionally accomplished job! I was shocked when they told me the final cost of the job. I expected it to be much, much more. Thank you for being an honest, hardworking, reliable, and professional business. Andy's is in my contacts! ** After note: This was my review from a month ago.
I called back yesterday ( a month later) and I was unlucky enough to get the abrupt and dismissive lady on the phone who has no customer service skills, whatsoever. Honestly, I love Andy's, so I hope they will do something about that person answering the phones. Very unprofessional. Even that does not take away from the SUPERIOR service the gentlemen provide.

They did well on the previous jobs. When I contacted them earlier in the year for a gas line issue that turned out to be hot water heater I was told it would be 6 to 8 weeks and that I was on the list. I waited 12 weeks before contacting them again. Other plumbers were just as busy. When I contacted them again I was told I was never on the list and it would be another 6 to 8 weeks. I ended up waiting months and used a different company.

When we used this company twice before, they did an excellent job and were very professional. However, something must have changed. I called to have someone come give me an estimate on a plumbing repair and the woman who answered the phone basically told me they don't give estimates. Look, if you won't give me a ballpark figure of what a job will cost before I hire you, I am not going to hire you. Based on simple common sense and life experience, I will not get into a business contract with someone where I am blindly obligated to pay them whatever they decide the job was worth at the end. Give estimates, or someone else will get the job.

I would like to give a gigantic thank you to Shane the office manager and he works in the field. We had 4 to 5 different plumbing companies out trying to fix our problem with the sewer. Prior to Shane nobody could figure it out. Shane threw every tool and piece of equipment he had at the problem and got it figured out and resolved! Shane is a really nice, professional and knowledgeable plumber.
He never gave up and we have been up and running with no problems for about 2 months now. I want to give a special compliment to his wife Lauren, Mother-n-law and I believe it's John and Tom who assisted. Guys please don't waste your time calling anyone else with your challenges. I have done all the work for you! Call Shane or Lauren at Andy's Plumbing, Lawton, Ok.

The team at Andy's Plumbing is professional, courteous and works to provide a high quality level of service to their customers. We've used them for two projects (hot water heater replacement and plumbing change for a kitchen sink install). Both projects were quick, within the quoted price and finished in a timely manner. I've had the pleasure of working with Shane, John, Paul and Timmy and would have any of them back for future projects.
The office staff is wonderful as well and have been so helpful for answering questions. I will be recommending this company to any of my friends and family who need a plumber in the future.

They used to be a good company, and my family used their service a lot over the years. However at this point I would not recommend their service to anyone. I used Andy's Plumbing to fix a number of issues with my plumbing. The first problem I had was after scheduling an appointment I called back the day before I was scheduled in order to verify my appointment.
They said they didn't have me on the schedule and had no record of a work order for the address. The next day, after telling me I wasn't scheduled, they called to tell me they were on their way to the house. It ended up taking several days to fix the issues. (Due to the many busted pipes) Over the course of the repairs the owner of Andy's contacted me several times.
She was unprofessional, rude, and seems to have some form of dementia. She was upset because she had forgotten that I told her the house had a tenant living in it, and I'm the owner and not living there. I did mention this several times before, and continuely used the phrases "she" and "her" to reference the person living in the house. After the repairs were done I waited to be contacted for payment, or sent a bill.
After two weeks I called their office and was told they were still working on my invoice, and they weren't ready to receive payment. It took them two months to send me a bill. Which they had marked it "30 to 60 days overdue". I'm not sure how they figured my bill was overdue when they're only just sending it. I also had to hire a different plumber only a couple months later to fix the toilet which I had asked them to replace the seal on.
They left the toilet not even bolted to the ground properly and it had already started leaking. So only two months after hiring them I've had to pay a different plumbing company $300 to go behind them and fix their work. The plumber also mentioned he "is always having to go behind Andy's and fix their work".

This is my experience and opinion for my most recent and last experience with Andy's Plumbing in Lawton, OK. Horrible, rude, and condescending secretary (Linda?) today (3/26/2021). She was rude to my sister, too, but that is for my sister to provide a review. It appears that the plumbers did not complete the repair as my plumbing is still clogged due to the frozen pipe repair they did.
They admitted to not blowing out the pipes after the repair was made. They tried to blame us, stating no one was home to let them in. They did not call the number provided to be let in. People have to work, you know. Andy's Plumbing expects you to wait around for them to come during a time "range." People can't always take off work for hours at a time not knowing when the plumber will show up - hours waiting that instead could be used to be earning a paycheck.
They should have called the number my sister provided them as she was the one who would've been there for them had they called her. Anyway, I have since learned that any time pipes break, debris gets in the lines, and the lines must be prepared before repairs and be blown out after repairs. It is one water main for one property that is a duplex, yet they would not blow out both sides.
They only blew out one side, and left the other side in disrepair and not fully functioning. I've done business with them for a few months, so they knew the property was a duplex because they have worked on both sides. I was happy until now. Now I am totally and thoroughly dissatisfied and disgusted with their service. It does not make sense to me not to take care of both sides at the same time since it has only one water main.
They agreed to take off $75 and fix the damage caused by their negligence to one side. It should be noted the $75 would not have had to be deducted in the first place had they not broken the kitchen faucet to begin with by not blowing out the pipes. We'll see if it is actually deducted since I haven't been billed yet. They charge $85 per hour, by the way. Supposedly they were there for 4.5 hours, so labor alone should be $382.50. However, since no one was home, I have no proof they were actually there that long.
We have to take their word for it. At any rate, even if it would have cost extra to fix the other side - I would have paid the extra to have the plumbing fixed correctly the first time on both sides while they were already there! They didn't even suggest to do it. I am not a plumber, so how else would I know the lines need blown out unless the plumber tells me?
They also took over a month to even get around to my property. I was trying to be a loyal customer waiting for them this long. This damage occurred due to the February 2021 deep freeze we experienced, and the water had been shut off all this time waiting for them! So, now I am stuck with plumbing that is still not fully functioning and waiting on another plumber to fix what Andy's Plumbing couldn't. Never will I ever use them again. They don't even deserve one star.

Horribly unprofessional. Total scam artists. Did not arrive on the day promised and failed to call. We had to call them to find out if they would arrive. When they finally did show up, their plumbers failed to check the gas line before starting to work, resulting in several additional hours labor and several hundred dollars in parts - work we did not want and did not authorize. When we called to speak to the manager, he hung up on us although we remained calm and professional while trying to discuss the situation with him.

I took 3 hours off from work to have new garbage disposal put in. I confirmed the day and time frame multiple times. Plumber never showed, receptionist was rude, they overbook appointments, they don’t care if the customer is kept waiting for hours, said they would call me back and then hung up before I could give them my phone number. And they also talk crap about customers to each other. When I called after waiting over 2 hours, the receptionist said she heard about me. Will be filing a Better Business Bureau complaint.

We've been using Andy's for at least 10 years at two different houses, I won't call any other company when I have plumbing issues. Most recently they snaked the drain pipe behind my washing machine and now it doesn't leak through the wall to my garage when I wash an extra large load. lol it was tiring washing clothes for 4 people only using small load setting.

Appreciate being able to trust this company. They have helped with my two rent houses in Lawton ( plumbing , heat and air issues) and I live two hundred miles away. I trust them to do a good job and not rip me off and they trust me to pay them! Just like the good ole days of doing business!!Grateful for them!
