Those people didn't change words, we brought a chest freezer in the box that was dented and had broken hinges. Called the store and they said bring it back. They didn't give us any problems. Good service after the sale. I truly enjoy people who understand that this is the thank you economy and when people come and spend their money with you, they want to be appreciated.

I have had the worst experience from this place. I purchased a refrigerator on April 15, 2022 and paid extra to have an icemaker installed. Refrigerator was delivered the following day with the wrong icemaker. I called Davis Appliance and they sent another service person out to put in the correct icemaker. He arrives and installs one. We asked if he checked to make sure it wasn't leaking and his response was he does this all the time and doesn't need to check and left.
Upon him leaving I realized he did not put in the fill cup. I once again called Davis Appliances and the person I spoke with told me she would have to call me back. At 6:20 Saturday afternoon she had not returned my call so I called again to be told they could not find the part and would have to order it. She said it should be here on Tuesday. I told her that was fine but I would not be home until 5:30.
The icemaker that was installed had not worked at all, I call on Tuesday to ask if they could have it looked at when the technician came to put in the fill cup and she said they would. I get a call at 3:30 that afternoon wanting to know if I was home, I told them no and that I wouldn't be until 5:30. The response I got was well I guess I'll take it back to the shop.
To make things easier I called and asked if they could come out Friday anytime after 1 as I would be home all afternoon. Friday came and no one showed up. I was told after yet again having to call them that they were behind and it would be Saturday before anyone would be out. I told them that was fine but if no one was out by 2:00 I would be returning the icemaker and wanted my money back.
She stated she would let them know. They showed up Saturday to put in fill cup and to see why the icemaker wasn't working. They never check out the icemaker, his response was the water was not turned on, when in fact it was. He said we should have ice in about 2 hours and left. Called yet again 2 hours later and was told we needed to give it until Monday and if was still not working they would send someone else out.
On Monday afternoon Vince came out to install the fill cup that already been installed. Told him that was not what was needed the icemaker needed to be fixed as it did not work. He asked if anything had been order and I explained the whole experience we have had to deal with. It took him about a minutes to realized the icemaker that was install was the wrong one for the refrigerator we bought.
He came back the next day and put in the correct one and within 2 hours it was working. Had any of the other 3 technician's actually looked at the icemaker we could had had this issue resolved a week ago. This was the second and last purchase I will ever make from this place.

Whenever I won the giveaway lastyear the ladies were so nice when I got there to pickup my stuff ms Claudia helped me and my husband look at some furniture as well. She was soooo nice and pleasant! Nice inventory and friendly people. However, be aware that if you do the 90 day same as cash option, you will be charged an extra fee through whatever company leases you the money. I was not told this and did not read the fine print, so I guess it is my fault. Just save your money and buy cash always. Other than that my washing machine works well and I like it.

I live in Columbia SC and have been looking for a particular color (Medium Grey) and style sectional for close to a year now. Unfortunately, anytime I come close to finding the perfect sectional, I'm reminded that it won't be delivered until December or January! My brother lives in Augusta GA and told me about this furniture store and how I might find something similar to what I was looking for and that it may be available to take home the same day!
Well as you can imagine I was a little excited at this news, but skeptical. Long story short, I found a sectional that was Grey in color that I adored, and was told that their warehouse had 5 of the exact same color/style sectional in stock! So, I wrote out a check that Wednesday and paid for the chairs and made arrangements for my brother to pick the chairs up on Saturday.
Well to my surprise, Saturday morning my brother's wife calls to inform me that they were at the warehouse getting ready to pick-up the sectional when they were told by someone that worked in the warehouse that the color sectional I paid for was not available and that they only had it in a GREEN color! First off, the salesman knew about the green sectional BEFORE my brother arrived to the warehouse, but didn't bother contacting me to let me know about the color.
So I told my brother DO NOT take the sectional since it's not the same sofa I paid for and requested a full refund! They gave me a hard time about refunding me the money that was already paid in full for chairs I never received! The finance lady (I wish I could remember her name) clearly can't tell when a check has been deposited in the company's account!
She kept asking me for proof that the check had cleared my account. The whole time I kept thinking, all she has to do is look at their business account for confirmation that the check # and amount had been deposited in the company's account! After several back and forth communication about rather the check had cleared or not, I finally received my full refund! Truthfully, I was ready to hire a lawyer at that point! I was done dealing with stupidity! I was so livid with these people and will NEVER EVER do business with them again!

We bought a used washer on October 6th. (This was a temporary washer while we wait on our new washer bought from Lowe's to be fixed since it is under warranty but they can't fix until October 20th)! So We purchased a used washer from davis' in the meantime. We started a load of laundry as soon as we got it home and hooked up and the washer over. filled itself and flooded our whole laundry room and then went into our garage.
Not only are our baseboard damaged. Many items have water damage. 10/10 do not recommend buying from here. They still haven't tried to make it right or sent a technician out. They won't accept a return or issue a refund. The manager will not take our calls either. I will be posting this on every page in the CSRA. The worst customer service we have ever experienced.
We try to support local spots but this is not one that deserves your support. We have a brand new baby (2 weeks old) a toddler, I'm a nurse and my husband is active duty military. We have to be able to wash our clothes without going to the laundry mat. We have never been treated so poorly.

Me and my husband bought a washer and dryer from Davis Appliance 4 months ago. Our dryer went out this month. We asked for someone from the store to come look at it and was charged 95 dollars just to say it would cost almost 300 dollars to fix. Mind you went paid less than that for the dryer. I am so disgusted and would not recommend anyone to get appliances from them. I give them a zero star rating. Our experience was horrible!

They did the right thing for my family. Daughter picked up a new fridge and it fell out of truck on the way home. They tied it in the truck for her before she left, and because of that they replaced it. I was fully expecting to get screwed over. I wish more businesses would treat people with respect and do what is right like these folks did. I Will always go to them first from now on

Gave me a washer machine that was already messed up and sent tech out 3 times to fix it and he was unable too. Now they sending tech again. I haven't used the wahser since its been bought. I call in get the run around. My washer never worked right from day 1. Now they just keep sending techs out that can't fix it. DONT BUY NO WASHER OR DRYER FROM HERE. THEY SAID THEY ONLY PLUG UP TO SEE IF THEY TURN ON NOT KNOWING IF THE TRULY WORK THEN SALE THEM. I WANT MY MONEY BACK OR A NEW WASHER. I bought washer and dryer forts week of MARCH 2020

Paid over a thousand dollars for a moped that didn't even have a gas floater in it to tell you how much gas is in it. The rim was bent. They didn't want to replace that, I was 9 months pregnant in the summer and they wanted to me walk up a hill and wait in their shed in the back of their property for hours to still not want to replace it (this was. after they told us to take the tire off and bring it in to them after it was delivered).
And the moped stopped working after 15 days of buying it. Cleaned the carb and fuel out worked a few more days and won't Start have tried everything. Recently moved here as a military family and will never purchase anything from them again and encourage everyone else to do the same. They are a scam!

They have the people to service you quickly and get you back out the doors. with your needs fulfilled. With some quality name brands like Jackson and Catnapper Furniture in my pictures below who could go wrong.
