It is rare that I post an awful review. After telling this company no less than 5 times that I no longer wanted their services, they called one more time while I waiting for a call about a family member in surgery. Ridiculous. I guess no never means no to this unethical company.

We had our Air Ducts Cleaned for the first time by Green T. From my initial phone conversation with Jason to our service today with Danny, everything was handled professionally and with complete courteous service! Danny spent approximately 3 hours at our house. He was VERY informative, kind, polite and extremely knowledgeable! He took great care in explaining everything and was very careful as he did his work. Green T Services is very fortunate to have such a WONDERFUL Technician working for them! Thank you Danny!

Had air ducts and dryer vent cleaned. Daniel was awesome. Very professional and explained everything to me. Was very thorough and careful. Danny was very professional he wore his mask he had on his shoe covers very polite very pleasant explain everything in great detail. I would really be use a disservice again I've called my friends and recommend them to call and ask for Danny as well. Looking forward in utilizing your other services in the near future.

Quite awhile ago I requested landscaping service. An estimator came weeks later and never measured or wrote a formal estimate. Sadly I gave him the go ahead and then waited. A month later they showed up and the work was marginal. Five minutes after they left my phone rang asking for payment. Their collection was much better than the work. No more.

I live in a home that was built in the early 1950's. I'm thinking the air ducts had never been cleaned. The associate, Jonathan, from GreenT said my home was in the top 10 of the worst ducts he'd seen (I asked LOL). Jon was polite and knowledgeable when I asked questions. He did the job and left no debris to speak of. I could hear the debris rattling through the vacuum hose.

He carefully removed a duct grate that had been painted over so that the paint wasn't damaged. Everything was replaced just as it had been. Duct cleaning included the furnace. Ask for a senior discount. They offer one.

I purchased windows to replace old windows. After doing some research, I was satisfied with the window quality (I selected a mid grade window). The installed windows are what I had expected. Daniel (sales rep) was prompt to respond to my request for a quote and answered my questions/alleviated any concerns I had. Adam installed the windows. He was professional, efficient and easy to work with. It is apparent he knows his trade inside and out. I am pleased I went with Green T.

I won a contest for a fence from Green T Services, that was in April 2021. It is now a year later and still no fence. We let them know what fence we wanted to go with and was told he didn't know when it would be done because they were booked up for the season. A couple months go by and I didn't hear anything from anyone until I contacted them at the end of September and wanted an update.

I was told that they still plan on honoring commitments they made and it should be installed in December. Come December and didn't hear anything, so I have to call again, it's 3 weeks before the holiday and we had great weather before the holiday, a couple 50-60 degree days. This time I was told that it wouldn't be until January 3 or January 4 because he had to bring in guys from Indiana and they didn't want to travel (to Illinois) before the holidays.

Of course, it snows over New Year's and I don't hear anything. Now it's April and still haven't heard anything from anyone, so I called the guy again and the owner and still waiting to hear back. Wonder what excuse I'll hear this time.

Very good people to do business with. Cleaned our HVAC duct system, showed me what came out of it and recommended maintenance for the future. Service tech Christian was very nice and knowledgeable. Cesar was amazing! He patiently cleaned all our vents and we have lots. Additionally, he kept open communication and shared pictures as he saw vents that were more dirtier. I had a garage door opener installed after replacing our broken opener of 25 years in operation. Green T was fast to schedule service then (Nov 21) and advised me to do a maintenance on the door. I am very happy I called them yesterday and got a next day booking for a door maintenance. Our door needed a new strut and rollers, it was making a lot of clattering opening or closing.

Now the door runs nearly silently, the only thing you can hear is the chain and gear drive opener. I kind of wish I went for a quieter opening system, and I'm glad I didn't because our garage is detached anyway! Green T has made maintaining our garage an easy task and it's proven to be affordable. Their major repair invoice costs aren't that bad either considering I have a door with a subpar tension setup, getting a new tension setup and reinstallation of the door was quoted at what I see as a economical price. I would definitely recommend Green T for your garage door & opener servicing needs.

We used Green T Handyman Services for backsplash installation. Eli and Tony did an outstanding job from coordination to execution. Green T is our go-to company for services provided and we recommend Green T for your needs.

I called Green-T over the weekend and asked for their $47 dollar garage door/opener tune-up. It was scheduled for the following Monday. I knew I had a bigger problem, just wanted sure what the problem was. I was surprised to see John from Green-T show up. He installed my Green-T garage door in 2017. He knew exactly when he was here last and even remembered a conversation we had back then.

He was great then and was great this time as well. My opener was from 2006 and it hasn't been opening all the way, getting stuck just a few inches from the bottom and my gear was totally shot. I told him I wanted a modern opener and he had one with him and installed it with new outdoor remote box, Wi-Fi, two openers and a silent garage door has returned to my garage.

I didn't realize how angry my opener was until I heard the sound of a new model. Thanks John. When a company holds on to a guy like John, you know he is taken care of and he loves what he does and who he works for. 5 star service.

I was looking for a duct cleaner without any recommendations and read the reviews for Green T. The front office was very responsive, Brian in customer service was a help all through the day. Danny was our technician and not only did a superior, professional job he was very helpful in his knowledge and sharing that with us. Would not hesitate to use them for many of their services.

I love that this is a family owned business. Everyone that I had contact with (Becca, John, Kevin) were so friendly and helpful. John came to check my garage door for maintenance. He was quick and thorough. He also taught me how to change a battery in my keypad. This is only the second time I have used Green T but I am sure I will continue to call them for other services. I will recommend them to my friends and family too.

These guys are not experts at cleaning rugs. The typical walmart or home depot rugs sure they will clean them but the heavy woven ones.no way. They ruined two rugs and refused to refund the amount or put in a insurance claim to cover the damages. When I asked them if they can clean those types of rugs they said yes but they failed. When I called them out on it their only response was they didn't know they would ruin them until they started to clean them.

They are not experts and do not trust them to do any service for my home. The nonsense about "making it right" is completely BS. On top of all of this I had to call them to get updates throughout the process. Please take your business to another small business. Smh.

We booked this service for duct cleaning for our new home we purchased recently. We went with their highest package as well. However, a few days from the the day of service, we called to make sure that they wouldn't need to have doors and windows opened for which the office contact - Kevin- had responded "no", and said that they would pull the pipes through an opening that they can "open and close" and it would not affect the temperature of the house (given it's the dead of winter in Chicago). Biggest concern is that we have a newborn at home, which would be at the utmost importance and they reassured that it wouldn't be an issue.

The day of service, they called to reschedule due to a technician issue, and they booked us for the following morning without confirming the timing. The technician presented in the early AM without a mask on and even after my husband asked him to wear a mask, he did not. Then he went on to tell us that the main door would be left open which will drop the temperature in the house by a few degrees but that shouldn't be an issue "as they have been doing this a very long time." After calling the office again, Kevin starts arguing about the prior conversation and then decided to cancel the service and hang up the phone. I haven't dealt with this kind of unprofessional and needed this to shared for anyone else.

I recently purchased a former smoker's house, so duct and vent cleaning was definitely on my list! I called several companies to get quotes and discuss the services provided and cost. Ultimately I chose Green T and am very happy that I did. Gideon was great! Professional and very patient with all my questions. Watching some of what came out of the vents was very interesting but also made me so glad that I had this service!

Another concern for me was mold. My inspection prior to purchase uncovered mold in the basement, that was remediated by the former owners. but I know they didn't clean the vents! I have so much more piece of mind knowing that my vents are now clean, and also sanitized to kill any mold or anything else that might still have been floating around.

I highly recommend Green T. I will say that they are not the cheapest, but you get what you pay for. Don't be fooled by internet companies offering cheap vent cleaning. Will use again. I also appreciate that they have cheaper levels for maintenance.

Jon did a wonderful job cleaning our carpets! He has come 2 times now, and we truly appreciate all his hard work with getting our carpet super clean. He came on time and was very respectful of our home and pets. We will be using his services for the years to come.

First, I hired this company to fix an intermittent problem that I was experiencing with my garage door. The employee they sent out was very exemplary. I was impressed with the amount of information he passed on to me about my own garage door in just a few minutes of time. Months later, I called them and many others (including Costco) to give me a quote on a new garage install.

I knew what I wanted, therefore all quotes rotated around the exact same door. Actually because of my previous experience with them; I was glad that they quoted me the best pricing. Once again, I can only speak highly of the installers that were sent out to do the work. They wasted no time in taking apart the old door and installing the new door. Well my new door I later found out was slightly heavier than my old door so my old garage door motor was having a little of trouble opening up efficiently.

So once again, I called them back to install a newer more powerful and quieter door opener. Am I happy with all three of their visits? Yes, and I highly recommend them to anyone who wants a seamless experience with a company that trains their employees very well in customer service.

Christian (6 months ago) and Nathaniel (yesterday) were very professional and very careful with our home when cleaning our carpets. They both took the time to make sure that our carpet was cleaned properly. We are so happy with their service we set up a carpet cleaning every 6 months and their office staff is great with making sure they call us when the carpet cleaning is due per our agreement. I recommend their services 100%.

Great experience - from the time they took my call for a quote to the time the technician left our house, everyone I dealt with was professional, courteous, and responsive. The work performed was amazing. All at a reasonable price. Highly recommend Green T.

This was our first time using Green T Carpet and AD Cleaning to clean our carpets and I can tell you it WILL NOT be the last time. Our carpet came out absolutely amazing. It's like we got new carpeting. The service tech Nathan was absolutely amazing and so friendly and professional. It's hard to find employees that will actually represent a company as well as he did. He did such an awesome job. Next time we need our carpets cleaned I will definitely be calling Green T and I will try to request Nathan as the tech.

Z was very courteous and professional. He did a wonderful job and explained everything to me. I need to save up for rollers for my garage and I hope to have Z out again to do that job. Taking my payment was simple also AND I got an actual receipt! I so prefer that over email stuff. I'm still old school and like the hand written hard copy! I recomend this company!

We had Brian for some handyman services. Great work - resolved issues with our bathroom exhaust fan that the original installer didn't notice. We also used the garage door maintenance services and were extremely pleased. Pricing was fair. Scheduling was easy. We will definitely be back for more!

We called Green T because our cable snapped on one of our garage doors. Not only were they responsive, they were patient and efficient! After the technician arrived, he removed the snapped cable, replaced it with a stronger and longer lasting spring. He replaced our rollers and made sure the door functioned properly before leaving. Service was great. Definitely A+

This is the first time I'm using Green T and so far I am very impressed and happy with the rug cleaning that they did. They even placed the rugs - large and small where I requested inside my house. My only complaint might be that even though I did all the business with them, they put everything in my husbands name and called him about the delivery! Not sure why that happened.

I would leave it long review about my experience with them and the incredibly rotten landscaping work they have performed. When I did so on another website, their response was that they do not offer landscaping! After going to their website you will see that they have more than a page and a half as you scroll down through their description of how wonderful their landscaping services are!

This means that the clown in charge a viewing in responding to their reviews is as clueless as their subcontracted landscapers. Why would you want to use a company for a specific project, that offers 20 different services? Find a small company that specializes in the service that you need. Not only will the job get done better but it would be cheaper because they don't have to spend millions on advertising.

They will always make excuses why your lawn or pest service isn't working.

Absolutely terrible service from Jason Chapman and the Landscaping division. Contacted them in May about some patio repairs. After 3 tries over 3 months they still can't get it right. The work they attempted for us was some of the worst I've ever seen and I've got the pictures to prove it.

Lawn service is 27 0 0 throw more nitrogen at it no matter what needs. Burn marks from machine tires cutting too sharp on turf. Sent several pics to office. No one would call me back. Gave them a second chance last year.

I have never used a lawn care company until this year and I have to say I am impressed. Last year our back yard was almost all weeds. Now there are none. Green T does a great job taking care of our lawn and has even come out in between our scheduled services to spray for stray weeds that have popped up.

They did a great job cleaning my vents. They removed a ton of debris and I am getting much better airflow. Thank you Dion.
