My 3rd purchase from Hart Appliance. I am extremely pleased with my purchases and my interaction with the folks at Hart. The delivery crew was excellent! They were courteous and professional. My overall experience with Hart, purchasing and delivery was great. Thank you Hart Appliance.

Great customer service, knowledgeable staff, helpful in everyway. If you're in the market for large appliances (washer/ dryer, fridge, etc). Support local, they have comparable prices to any big box store, and they can actually help you.

So, I talked to Mark who was very unprofessional! I put the order in online and they called to arrange delivery and payment. Since it was a large ticket item, I had to call the bank and ask them to lift the threshold so the payment would go thorough. My bank did not do that successfully on their end and I called back to process my order on Saturday. Here's the kicker.a nice guy answered and then gave the phone to Mark who said, "card number 8".

I said, "excuse me". He said, "I've tried to run your card 8 times and it will not go through, maybe you just need to hand the phone to your husband". I hung up! No sale for MARK! BTW Mark the ladies at the furniture place had no trouble running my card!

I moved to NC and I wanted to buy from a local retailer and I chose David and Hart Appliances. I'm in the business so I understood the long shipping lead times and really appreciated the service I received form them. Th washer and Dryer are as advertised and just what I needed.

Overall, very disappointed. Communication with them was terrible after having paid for the merchandise over 3 months in advance before receiving it. Worst part of all was the delivery of which a mess was made. They did send someone to correct the problem, but not to willingly. I chose this company because I was expecting better than what I received. Don't plan to ever use them again. I got better results from the big box stores in the past and that's really saying something.

Unfortunately, I walked in the door today and pretty much turned around and walked out. Despite a sign on the door asking everyone to mask (it's also mandated by the city) - nearly everyone was unmasked, including the guy working the counter. Why even put up the sign? Especially if your own employees won't follow it? I sent an email after leaving, but no attempt to reach me.

I'm giving a relatively neutral 3 star because I'm required to give a star rating to review here. Personally, my experience was lower; yours might be higher. But I'll let you decide if this bothers you - if not, I'm sure their appliances are fine.

Hart Appliance Center has long been our go-to store for all appliances. Most recently we purchased a washer and dryer from Hart, and could not be more pleased. All dealings with Hart are positive and leave us feeling that we made the right decision. When I recently contacted them because the washer is "traveling" across the floor, they promptly called me and scheduled an appointment with a technician to see what could be done about the problem. Who else would do that? I strongly recommend Hart Appliance Center for all your appliance needs.

We purchased a gas range and hood and found the price to be better that Lowe's or Home Depot. The Hart associate, David Webb, explained in detail the various features of the range. He had to order our range and hood and offered to store it at their warehouse until our kitchen renovations were complete. I recommend Hart Appliance without any reservation and will definitely go to them for any appliances we might need in the future.

A new appliance is a very large investment and the staff treats the transaction as such. Very intelligent sales folk, even "price matched" the big box store. I prefer to buy local anytime I can. Extended warranty they offered on my fridge was reasonably priced and worth the peace-of-mind. Delivery and installation guys were great. Will be returning soon for my new stove.

Hart Appliance is a great example of excellent Customer Service is the best way to grow your business. We were impressed with the sales team and product knowledge as well as selection. We were equally impressed by delivery and installation. We recommend Hart Appliance and we will return for other appliance needs. (We bought a Speed Queen Washer & GE Dishwasher)

I highly recommend Hart Appliance! After our dishwasher died Hart Appliance was able to have a new dishwasher delivered and installed the next day. Excellent customer service and great installers!

I spent a lot of money because they said I needed a different part every time they came out and the problem still wasn't fix. I finally got to the root of it and it was none of what they said. Got new parts that I didn't need.

Hart did a good job of ordering 2 replacement appliances HOWEVER do NOT expect a normal turnaround. They told me my oven would take 2 weeks to come in but I think it is unacceptable to wait ANOTHER 2 weeks for it to be installed AFTER it arrives to them.

Horrible. Absolutely horrible. My wine cooler quit working. Called Hart Appliance. They sent a very nice tech by the name of Steve out to diagnose the problem. He called Uline and was told that the board needed to be replaced.
