Very strange they don't "work on" a MAJOR brand refrigerator! No wonder they only have 2 star rating! Don't waste your time.

Two reviews needed - Review #1 - the receptionist answering the phone. We Scheduled service 7 days in advance and was told tech would arrive 8-12. The day of service, the receptionist called and stated the tech would arrive 11-2 I called back answering the voicemail left on my phone and the receptionist stated that the tech would arrive 12-3? WTH Receptionist began arguing with me over the phone stating we are never out your way (east Aurora) between 8-12 WHY WAS IT SCHEDULED AT THAT TIME THEN? Worst office staff I have ever dealt with in my life Review #2 concerning the tech is next up

Review #2 5 stars for the service tech KEN. Service tech KEN arrived and was very professional and knowledgeable of his craft. Had the refrigerator fixed in approximately 20 minutes. I hope management realizes what an asset to the company KEN is. Thank you very much KEN! Too bad the front office does not match the employees in the field

We waited 9 weeks for a part to come in. They called us to give us a time frame of when they were coming. I asked if they could come at 11 instead of 10:30. She agreed. At 12:15 I called and stated I have been waiting and no one came. She said we did not answer the door. The repair man lied and said he came to our home and we did not answer. We were all home.

I explained we were there and I have proof that no one came. We have cameras. They came back out and installed the part. He was literally there for 5 minutes. He never checked to see if it worked. My dishwasher is still broke and they charged me $130

Please do yourself a favor and stay away from this repair shop. Cost me $125.01 and I finally cancelled the service. I was never so happy to lose the money because this would allow me to never deal w/ this repair shop. I received nothing because after excuses for not getting the part I cancelled the work. Nothing but headaches. I lost $125.01; however, another $100.00 plus would be due if they ever found the part and I allowed them to install it.

Two months of promises to return our phone calls that never came made it a relieve to lose the money just not to deal w/ these people. Repair person came down and never opened the refrigerator as he wrote up a repair order for the repair part. He wanted $50.00 additional for the return visit to install the part. All we wanted was a phone call for an update on the part but when we did contact them it was either they ordered the wrong part, it's on backorder, I went home sick or were still looking into it. PS : We found another repair service that came down in a few days, charged half the price for the part and did exceptional work. ONE STAR IS TOO MUCH!

Had a service call today by one of your technicians to survey my Samsung washer. He took one look at it, shook the tumbler and said that it was dead and needed to be replaced, trying to repair would be too expensive. The cost for this horrible advice was a $176.00. He didn't spend more than 10 minutes here and he left. WOW, I don't think Doctors charge that much for that short period of time.

You would think a $25-50 charge would have been more than adequate. I would advise anybody looking for service on a washing machine to go somewhere else. My gosh, this guy could be driving around all day, grabbing $176.00 fees like this and never working. AVOID NAAB & MOHRING.

They essentially robbed us for $100. We were referred by Orville's, they scheduled a week out, called on the day of saying they'd be here between 1-4pm. At 4pm we called the tech and he was about 15 mins out, so timeliness and communication were poor. When the tech got here he was nice enough. He explained what he thought the issue was, installation and drain pipe, then said he couldn't do anything about and walked off with our $100 without lifting a finger.

What kind of appliance repairman "can't install" or "correct a drain hose"? These are basic functions to repair common problems. Even if it is the case where none of their techs can do either of those things, it would've been good business to have the initial person we spoke to on the phone explain that when they heard what the issue that we're having was. I can't believe an established company like Orville's does business with them. Absolutely find someone else for your appliance repair needs.

A cable company gives you a better estimate of when they will show up! They don't call you to tell you when the Tech may show up, and when you call them they are rude and give you a four hour window only to have the Tech show 2 hours after the 4 hour window they gave you! 2 days taken off of work to accommodate these clowns. Office closes at 430, so you have no way of knowing if Tech is even coming!? Piss poor system!

It took the Tech 5 minutes to fix a $1000 dryer used maybe 6 times. He took the brunt of the complaining even though its the Company's piss poor method of scheduling and customer service thats to blame. Horrible company. Will not use again. Orvilles is no shinning star either. 2 companies that deserve one another!

Please stay away from this company! You will thank me later! They are unprofessional, rip offs and certainly not knowledgeable! The service person that came out to diagnose my fridge told me that the parts needed wouldn't be more than $100. When the unprofessional drunk staff called me to give me the quote it was almost $400. When I tried to inquire why it was so much the drunk staff was very nasty, rude, uneducated, unprofessional & hung up on me. I called the manufacturer & needless to say the part I need only cost $11.75! They are the worst company in western ny!

I contacted them to repair a broken window in a wall oven because they were in the authorized list for kitchenaid. Repaired the window but during installation one screw was stripped and as door was being used it began to gap. In October called to have them repair their installation. Was told I had only 30 days to object to installation, so I had to pay for a service call. They did reduce service call to $50 but it was a 5 minute fix to install a new screw. Serviceman admitted it was faulty installation.

I was referred to Naab & Mohring by my best friend. On Sunday my dryer would spin but there was no heat, causing my clothes to not dry. I called Naab & Mohring on Monday morning and today (Tuesday) my dryer is fixed and ready for use again. He arrived about 9:15ish, had to get a part and was done by 10a and the price was great! I will be referring this company to any and everyone.

UNPROFESSIONAL- BROKE ADDITIONAL PARTS - TEMPER We unfortunately have had to call Naab and Mohring multiple times per our Orville's warranty contract. The service guy they continue to send is a hack and and unprofessional and has a temper. After telling them repeatedly we do not want to deal with this service person and to send someone different, they promise we will not have him and yet here he is again today.

He was supposed to fix our fridge water dispenser, he fixed it, but broke the attachment pieces in the process. When they had him return to look at what HE broke he got very nasty and angry so we had to have another tech come out and replace the same unit again. We then needed them to fix the microwave and requested (the receptionist agreed) that they do not send the same guy because I was not comfortable with him.

They DID send the same guy and when he replaced the parts on the microwave, AGAIN he broke another piece on the microwave so we had to have another tech come out and fix the piece that THEIR repair guy broke, again. We had another issue with the microwave, AGAIN I told them I did not want this guy coming because I do not feel safe with him in our house AND we always have to have his repairs repaired.

She agreed she would send their other repair guy instead. Today, the same guy showed up, NOT the one she said she would send. I should not be subjected to a repair guy with a nasty temper when I am alone in my house. The ONLY reason we did not turn him away today was because my husband was here to deal with him. FYI to all - they do all Samsung contracts for Orville's so keep that in mind when purchasing SAMSUNG appliance from Orvilles.

We should have had 2 service calls, which has turned into 5. We will be contacting Orvilles as well about our experience with their vendor. This is unacceptable from a service company. If they have a bad seed on staff, that's on them, but don't send him to my house especially after I tell you I do not feel safe with him. You have now sent him 3 additional times after we requested each time you didn't, after the 3rd time, you have earned this review and everyone has the right to know how your customers are handled.

Experience could not have been much worse. We have given up with repair (purchased service plan from Orville's when we bought our machine), and are just going to buy a new one. Appreciate that the owner of this company reads these reviews although clearly it is only window dressing in an attempt to cover up lousy service and reviews. Supply of parts can certainly be out of a companies control, however I (having no knowledge of washing machines) was able to find the part I needed and had it to my house in 2 days.

When I provided the part to the technician, he did not know how to install it and left the machine in worse shape than when he arrived. Simply blaming our long delay on a backorder in this circumstance is total non-sense.

The reviews on this place are spot on STAY AWAY! Bad customer service, poor work, ownership that clearly doesn't care about the customer. Not to mention the questionable work practices. For example, they attempted to install a broken part that the employee told me it looked like someone had opened the box and put it back because it was broken.

He offered to install the broken part because it might work? I then waited two weeks for them to show back up and the repair didn't even fix the problem. They have no idea what they are doing, listen to the one star reviews.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! My washer was leaking and Naab & Mohring came out in June to fix it. They claim the filter was clogged and that was causing the leak. NOPE! the leak was still there. I knew I had an extended warranty and did not have time to have them come back for a couple of months. I called them again, for the leak and now the washer wouldn't run a cycle. Again, I had to wait a week for an appointment and was given a 4 hr window of when they would come look at it, which they called the morning of the scheduled service day, so it was difficult to make arrangements to be home.

They claimed it was the lock and they would order the part and be back in a week. 4 weeks later and I called them and they finally came back to replace the lock. Guess what! It still did not fix the leak and 3 loads later the washer won't run a cycle and now I have a new error code! I call and they can't come out for over a week. to look at it!

I ask to speak to the manager or owner. They said he wasn't in and they would give him the message. 3 days later and I still have not received a call back and my washer still isn't working. Oh yeah, the washer is less than 2 1/2 yrs old.

Has the absolute worst office customer service personnel of any company I have ever dealt with. Combative and intransigent are two accurate descriptors. They have absolutely no idea of the concept of customer service!

Just a friendly PSA...... Should you be in need of an appliance repair and your warranty selects Naab & Mohring in Buffalo to do your repairs just say NO! Ask for another repair shop, you will thank me later!

2/06 - call for service because microwave breaks
2/07 - Naab & Mohring say they will come out but no appointments for one week.
2/13 - they come but need to take the microwave back to the shop to diagnose it
2/21 - haven’t heard anything so call for an update. Was told still diagnosing need a senior tech to look at.

Will call me back after he arrives at 9am.
2/22 - Received call at 9:15am was told senior tech determined a part was needed and they need to order it. Will take 5-7 days! WTF!!!!! First why did it take a week to get a senior tech to look at and he can figure it out in 15 minutes.
3/4 - Still haven’t heard anything so call back. Oh, umm yeah your part JUST arrived.

We will work on it tomorrow.
3/6 - **********crickets**********
3/8 - call again, placed on hold twice to then be told that they need to order another part because what they ordered was wrong. When I said “your ordered the wrong part” the secretary replied “umm, no, we just need another part”. SERIOUSLY FOR THE LOVE OF GOD! I have asked to speak with a manager and was informed he was not in and he will call me. Yep, just like the 3 other times I was informed someone would call.
3/12 - called for update AGAIN! Was informed that they “just soldered the parts together and once it cools they will test it, so we’ll see”. SERIOUSLY!!!

How is it that every time I call they just happen to have “just worked on it”. I also still have yet to receive a call from a Manager/Supervisor/Owner so there is that also!

JUST STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!!!!

Fraudulant service visits. Come to house look at an appliance 2 years old out of warranty, no testing done. Less than 5 minutes. Says its the "way we turn the knob". Charged 95.00 and left. We still have the problem since it takes 30 minutes for it to occur after it stays on to happen. If it was tested properly or even taken apart or to say the least lifted the cover up to check the switch. Then i May understand the charge. This has to be illegal.

Horrible customer service. No communication between workers. Somehow it's ok that I've wasted 2 days and soon to be another. had to throw food away at my expense. for their mistake. and worst of all is that they have no intentions of making it right by the customer. No stars!

I really appreciate their customer service. I called to set up an appointment and they gave me the soonest available they had. I felt that they did an excellent job with keeping communications open. I even requested for them to call me when the technician was on their way so I can leave from work to my home and they did that too! The technician who came over was clean, fast, and knowledgeable. Good company, will definitely call them again for all my dishwasher repair needs!

We had a dishwasher quit working, and went through Whirlpool to get it fixed as it was under a year old. We were assigned Naab and Mohring to get the repairs completed, and were skeptical due to the low ratings that we had seen. However, our experience was nothing but 5 star. Whirlpool messed up some details on their end, and Naab and Mohring's staff (including Kim, who answered the phones) were professional, apologetic and prompt to get things right even though what happened was not their fault.

Their technicians were also professional, polite and quick to complete their work, and we are now back in business with a dishwasher that works like new again. Thanks, guys...we'll be sure to recommend you in the future.

Is it possible to give negative stars? The WORST customer service EVER! Over priced and took them MONTHS(yes MONTHS) to fix my fridge. Receptionist are the worst. The meanest people ever and apparently they have no manager to talk to. DO NOT USE this company!

We bought a brand new Maytag microwave and just after the 1 year of warranty, the latches stopped working. I had to pay them just for coming out and looking at it, the tech said he fixed it. 5 mins after he left, it stopped working, another guy came out, tried to fix again, and the moment he left, stopped working. They quoted $22 of new parts so I said sure.

The tech just left and installed everything, and low and behold, it was actually $60 worth of part, $45 labor cost, so a total of $124.99 so now we have put in $228 into when if I knew the cost, I would have declined and just bought a new one. I called the office before the tech today left and they were both very rude, I could hear Sarah yelling the background and then Christie whom I was talking too said there was nothing she was willing to do. I asked to talked to the owner and she didn't let me. Extremely unprofessional!

If I could, I would give this company a 0. The woman who answers phones is the rudest person in the world and I can't understand why the owner keeps her. In short, they lost a part and blamed the warranty company for it; when they had it all along. Was literally laughed at when I would try to call and resolve the issue. Recently, Bosch just released a recall for their dishwashers and Naab & Mohring was on the list of service centers to repair.

I explained what had happened and the gentleman said he had other people share the same concerns and will be taking Naab & Mohring off of their list. Whomever the owner of this company is: All of your responses on Google Reviews say that you want to make it right; but not once. EVER did you try to make it right with me. I also notice that you tell people that they are not in your system.so full of &^%$.

This company has been out 4 times to fix my dryer and it's still not fixed. They came out in January for the first time and it is November and it's not fixed. The company sent the same person out three times. Each time he presented himself unprofessionally. He can the first time locked himself in the bathroom of my house and went through my laundry.

He placed a bra in the dryer. The next time he locked himself in my bathroom again, God knows what he was looking thorough. He said he had to order a part. The third time, he comes back with the part closes the door to the bathroom and uses the toilet. Then comes out and days the part is broken. The 4 th time, I arranged to have someone at the house and they did not show up. This company has terrible business practices and cares little about the customer.

My ice maker on my refrigerator was leaking Tim said it was plugged and hurriedly got it cleared out said he was going boating with his daughter that day and if it leaks again give him a call $140 A few weeks later it started to leak and leaves puddles on my kitchen floor So I called Tim back and set up the appointment The day of I asked if Id be charged again and they said their warranty on service is 30 days which now has passed but i was NOT aware The Lady said to read my receipt and in fact on the bottom in fine print it was confirmed Too bad Tim did Say something about that Who reads fine print?

Lady says "a lot of people" Well they cancelled their appt since i objected a 2nd payment so NOW EVERY TIME MY 1 YEAR OLD GRANDSONS FALL IN THE PUDDLE ON THE FLOOR WE SAY "THANKS TIM"

Avoid this company. They scratched our floors, never called our multiple repairs in to the manufacturer, their customer service ladies were rude, laughed at me, told me "whatever" and " I don't know know what you want us to do about it" when I complained, and they don't show up when they tell you they will. After many, many calls and a ridiculous run around, I had to get frigidaire themselves to send another company out because Naab was so delinquent, unreliable, rude, and frustrating. They have a C- with the Better Business Bureau, it should be an F. Orvilles sent them to us and if you can get someone else out instead, do it!

UPDATING LESS THAN 24 HOURS LATER! I go to load my freshly 'fixed' dishwasher by Naab & Mohring, and surprise! I CANNOT OPEN THE DOOR to the unit because their repairman (the third of their illustrious and professional repairmen to visit my home for the same issue) PUT THE KICK PLATE ON BACKWARDS! I have never wished for a business to shut down until now.

This was it. What a monumental joke. I reported this place not only to the BBB, but directly to Frigidaire corporate. There is NO way this appliance 'repair' company should be an authorized repair agency. At this point, I wouldn't hand them my watch to wind up.

Only reason i'm giving a 1 is because it won't allow me to give 0.  Service call to my home 7/15/15, I also gave a  deposit for part that needed to be ordered the same day.  We were told 10 days for part to arrive, every few days it was a new story as to why the part still hadn't gotten in.

Had my Frigidaire refrigerator serviced for no ice and no water. They were very nice when setting my appt. and very accommodating. The tech came out and had everything repaired with in 1/2 hour. I was impressed by the tech as he was very nice and answered all my questions.
