We had our pool completely redone and repaired by Hughes Pool & Spa after a prior neglectful owner. Their guys are wonderful and did a great job on our install. But Taylor in the shop was the best! She is so knowledgeable and helpful. We needed to have our water tested after the initial redo and she tested our water and go us all set up to have our new pool in proper order and all chemicals safe and balanced for our kids, us, family and friends! Taylor went above and beyond and even loaded our chemicals in the car! Loved our experience!

Buying a home with a pool and never having a in ground pool and especially not a salt water pool, I was clueless! But coming to Hughes was by far the best decision and experience! They not only explain (even make notes step by step) they treat you like family and make sure you understand everything you are concerned about! I went in needing a shark and even though they didn't have one, Mr. Jerry called everywhere, found me one and even went to pick it up for me!

Called Hughes for hot tub repair. Initially encountered a lady that reflected very poorly as a frontline person working with customers. Spoke to a Manager that was very helpful, professional, attentive to my concern. A Service Technician was sent out the very next day. The Service Technician was courteous, prompt, informative and also professional.

As a customer, I greatly appreciate the great customer service provided by the Manager and the Service Technician. Thank you so much for working to restore my investment and my business.

I put a pool in many years ago. When the deck was put in, it did not drain because the fall was not correct. Rather than make them redo that part of the deck I let them talk me into a plastic channel drain being put into the deck instead.
