Rude and aggressive drivers in their company vehicles. I have, on more than one occasion, seen and witnessed their drivers on the streets of Broken Arrow and Tulsa driving aggressively, tailgating other drivers and using very rude "hand gestures/signals" to others. I have not used them as a company, but if they are willing to act this way on the roads, in a company vehicle, I wouldn't trust anything anyone from this company says on a sales pitch.

Turner Roofing was amazing. I had another quote from a roofer that was "in the area" and had stopped by. I had a few shingles missing on one of the peaks. I called up Turner off of a referral and I am so glad I did. Not only did they repair my issue, they did it at a fraction of the cost and negated most of what the other guys said I absolutely had to do. I am so thankful I found these guys. They've been out to replace the same set of shingles on my roof twice. I've called their repair guy three times between the beginning of August to the middle of September with no call back. When I called the main office the receptionist told me he tried to call me yesterday and the day prior. I have no missed calls from him, so something is amiss.

I've left him a message with the receptionist to call me. Hopefully this will get fixed for good. If I have to have any new work done I'm calling someone else. EDIT: The row of shingles have been repaired today (9/18/20). I've included a picture on the right of the work Danny did.

Thank You Turner Roofing for a great experience! Your crew was fast, meticulous, and did a thorough clean up after replacing my roof! The entire process happened in just 1 day and looks wonderful. Hands down.best service ever! UPDATE- Had to call about a leak due to improper install of stove vent pipe. I have been calling for 3 weeks and cannot get a return call. Warranties don't matter if you cannot get it fixed. Very disappointing.

I tried to get estimates from several different companies, but there only concern was how to squeeze my insurance company. Six of them told me that they would have to talk to my insurance company before they could give an estimate. I'd never had a roof replaced either and my Dad told me that it's best to stay local so I called Turner. Gene came out that day and gave me a fair estimate, and explained exactly what was going to happen. The roof looks great and is much better quality than before. Next time I'll only be calling Turner.

While others touted the latest products, Turner explained the pros and cons of the products from a long history of construction and maintenance. We had the new roof installed just before the historic rains this past year and have had no problems. I highly recommend Turner Roofing.

Our house was hit by a tornado, the next day they came and tarped our roof. They left nails all over the yard. A month later, still no singles. Our roof is leaking again, almost two weeks after they said they would begin work.
