I called to schedule a repair and Amanda picked up the phone. She was extremely kind and friendly and got me scheduled for the next day. The technician who came out, Caelan, was very professional and quickly and efficiently diagnosed and explained to me the issue with my fridge and what the repair process would be like. The price was very reasonable and affordable, and he was able to get it done the same day. I recommend this company to anyone!

Paid these guys to diagnose the cause of our appliance problem but they never got back to us with what fix is needed, and are not responding to my 3 calls to find out what the recommended solution is.

Repair person came out told me what needed to be fixed. Said the part was $80, but the job would require 2 ppl, so total for job was $375. I agreed and they both came back on Sat. After the repairs were made they both assured me that there wold be no problems. WELL, the machine would not to into the wash cycle, repair guy came back on Monday, said the part to fix it is $372.why did not 1 but 2 guys not see this before I spend $375. The pics are how they left the back of my Machine, and they damaged my wall. I would never use this company again and chalk it up to live and learn an expensive lesson.

The young lady that answered the phone was patient and kind. technician called and asked to come out early. He checked our washer and found the trouble right away. The price was right, also he gave me a senior discount. Was clean and put everything back in order. I have already made another appointment with him and will tell others this is a good company.

Excellent response even on the weekend. My husband woke up this morning only to find the stove was not working. I mentally prepared myself for a couple of days wait for someone to respond during weekend. Not only this company did respond, but they also took care of the issue promptly and honestly. Great to see businesses like this. Same day, friendly, fast, and honest service. Thank you once again.

The tech has arrived at his apportionments on time and kept the price at a reasonable level. The diagnostic fee was handled well too where it gets credited towards the repair as long as you use them for the job. They repaired my Samsung dryer efficiently, so I recommend them.

My (piece of garbage) LG refrigerator wasn't properly cooling again (after having replaced the compressor twice in the 7 years since purchasing). I had used Atlanta City Appliance in the past to repair my double wall ovens and they did a great job. So I gave them a call. The technician, Caleb, came out to the house (on-time) and quickly identified the problem as the freezer coil defroster.

He took the time to show me the ice buildup and explain the repair process. The parts weren't in stock so he ordered them and said he would schedule the repair after receiving the parts (estimated to be within a week). Two days later Caleb called to schedule the repair and we were set to go. Caleb called the morning of the repair to ask to reschedule due to vehicle issues.

It was not a problem for us and we rescheduled. He even offered to take off $100 on the repair due to the delay. The day of the repair he called in advance to let me know he was about 45 minutes away. He showed up within the 45 minute window and completed the repair in about 90 minutes. Caleb was efficient and personable and we had a great conversation on a variety of topics while he was working.

No muss, no fuss, just got it done. I would highly recommend Atlanta City Appliance Repair to anyone needing appliance work - and ask for Caleb! (not sure you can actually request him but it's worth a shot;))

Wasn't expecting a company to show up the same day when I called but I was extremely happy. They repaired my Maytag refrigerator. It's a very reliable company and you should call them if you have a fridge issue!

Atlanta City Alliance Repair have been very responsive throughout the whole process. We needed them to repair our commercial stove and they sent a technician the next day. Our washing machine stopped working and was out of service for 3 weeks. We tried a handful of other repair services in SF and never received a call back to get an appointment scheduled. I called City Appliance Repair and was able to get us in the next day! Aziz was our repair person, he was scheduled to arrive between 9-11 am. He called shortly after 9 to confirm that he'd arrive within 15 minutes.

He was friendly, answered all of my questions, and fixed our washer within 30 minutes! The price for the service was great and the high-quality customer service really made the whole experience better. Thank you, Aziz!

I put in a quote request and within 10 minutes someone called me back. They were SO helpful and gave me a full warning of how much my service would probably cost me even though that meant not getting the sale. 10/10 for kind and genuine service! Literally just got off the phone with them, and was so grateful for the interaction.

Dmitry was fantastic. Great service as he provided a consultative approach to a tough dryer repair. My dryer is in a tight space and we had a great conversation about the options and pros/cons of the repair. He ended up working with me on a solution and saved me from having to get a new dryer. Very knowledgeable, positive attitude and great overall experience.

I had City Appliance Repair come out to look at my Sub-Zero Refrigerator. Sergei gave me an estimate for repairs, and said there was a one-year warrantee on the parts and work. He left most of my food on the counter, and the cabinet door on the table. When I looked at the estimate I didn't see the warrantee in the estimate, and called the company about this.

The receptionist said they don't warrantee their work. When I asked Sergei about this he "said take my word". I explained I'd like to see the warrantee before agreeing to the work. He said "please find someone else to work on your refrigerator". Spending almost a hundred dollars for someone to tell me my fridge is broken and I should hire someone else if I want a warrantee didn't feel good.

My 5-year-old refrigerator stopped working and City Appliance sent a repairman the next morning. Aziz diagnosed it as an issue with the fan and expedited a replacement part which thankfully came in despite today's supply chain issues. When the fridge still wasn't cooling, he returned to investigate and discovered that the vent had frozen over with ice. Aziz communicated with me every step of the way and was determined to find the issue as neither of us wanted to see a relatively new appliance in the landfill. Thank you Aziz for bringing my fridge back to life!

Two years ago the price was $85 for him to come out and not be able to fix your appliance. Now the cost is $250. Too expensive.

Really nice down to earth repair man. Super kind and respectful. I hire him for both home and business as needed. I had my dishwasher and my refrigerator repaired by them.

Great service. I scheduled an appointment for the next day and the technician, Edward, was great. He was on time, knowledgeable, straight forward in explaining everything and he had the parts needed to repair my Viking oven. I will definitely call them again.

The oven on my Viking stove went out. I had the igniters replaced two years ago. They needed to be replaced again. Serge, the repair tech, explained everything to me. Last time, the parts had to be ordered, it took 3 days to get the parts. Serge had the parts with him and it took less than 2 hours. He also lubed the hinges, tightened the bolts on the oven door and vacuumed the oven.

5 Stars all the way. Honesty goes a long way with me, as do morals. This company has it! I made an apt for my fridge/freezer repair. Today as the repairman was on his way he called me 1st from about half an hour away. He asked what's the problem, then how old the fridge was & he knew the Brand already. He said that is a common flaw for that fridge & to call the company as he's had some customers tell him that Samsung has come out & fixed it for free even after the warranty.

Other wise he would come out here to tell me that & get $85.00. He has fixed them in the past for about 7-8 hundred with parts & labor & it goes out again in 6 months. I thanked him a few times & he goes let me tell you a quick story. He was talking with an owner ( maybe as he was starting to work for them ) & asked how he should charge $. The owner said pretend you are the customer & be fair & charge what you would want to pay. THAT SAYS IT ALL! They have a customer for life now! Norm.

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER! Service person came out twice to look at my refrigerator, didn't know what was wrong, told me he needed to order parts, lied to me, prolonged the agony of a non-working refrigerator for 2 weeks, couldn't fix the problem, and expected I would have him out for a third look! HA! I called another company and the service person came out the next day, diagnosed and FIXED the problem in 90 minutes (including installing a new part!)

I called City Appliance Repair in search of having two dryers fixed. The customer service over the phone was great! Very helpful and accommodating. The technician that helped me was Leon. He was such a great help and genuine technician that explained what was wrong with the dryers. Honest, up front, and knew what he was doing. He fixed one of the dryers within 10 minutes.

The other dryer needed a lot more time to fix, so he scheduled another time to come back to fix the dryer. The prices here are reasonable for the city and the staff is great to work with. We have an older Fisher 2 -drawer Paykel dishwasher and one of the drawers had an issue. Not everyone works on this brand, so I was happy to find City Appliance Repair. Emil and his assistant were prompt, they diagnosed the problem, ordered the part and returned to fix it. Their estimate was accurate; they were professional, friendly, wore masks, and even cleaned the flooring beneath the dishwasher. I recommend them and would definitely call them for appliance repairs in the future.

Got an appointment the next day for a Wolf oven repair. The technician, Edward, was excellent: he explained everything in detail so I could understand the problem and we could discuss the expense, he showed me the broken parts, and did a very thorough job. He even helped me retrieve a part of the vent that had fallen behind the stove - above and beyond kindness. Highly recommend!

I called four different places yesterday to find someone who could come repair our oven. I left messages with two (still no callback), one told me to try something to troubleshoot myself. City appliance repair scheduled me for an appointment the following morning. The technician, Edward, arrived at the front end of the window, mask on. He diagnosed the problem within the first five minutes, went to his car to get supplies, and had the repair done within 15 minutes.

He even gave us some tips for keeping our appliances in tip top shape. He was polite and professional and we will definitely be calling back and requesting him by name if any other issues come up with our appliances. Thank you, Edward!

Excellent service, I don't hesitate to recommend them with a five star rating. My refrigerator malfunctioned, I called them and technician came next day on time, diagnosed the problem correctly, went to get a part that was needed, came imediately back, and fixed the problem. Good job!

I had City Appliance Repair come to my house to replace the ice maker on a Samsung Refrigerator. I got a bid of $500 which while I felt was expensive it was less then a new frig. When the repairman arrived the only part he brought was the internal component. I have now had to go on to Amazon to buy the rest of the parts for another $200. I have never felt more ripped off in my life. These people are completely dishonest.

Once again we are so very happy with the service we received from City Appliance Repair. Serge helped us with our kitchen appliances several months ago. Dmitry helped us with our washer today. We really appreciate how professional, honest, and patient both technicians are. Both took the time to make sure we understood why our appliances are behaving the way they should/shouldn't be. Dimitry was great. He couldn't fix my dishwasher but he was professional, helpful and affordable. I would not hesitate to use City Appliance Repair again if needed. I also got a same day appointment which was what I needed.

Avoid! I didn't even book an appointment, and they sent a technician to our house and wanted to charge us. Their phone operator put both me and their technician in a bad place. When I called to inquire into pricing the phone operator said $70 for the diagnostic and after I gave my address she quickly changed to $85 for the diagnostic, so I said NO THANK YOU - please cancel and DONT schedule. 4 hours later their technician came by and wanted to charge us $300.

The technician seemed like a really nice guy, but he shouldn't have been sent. I can't speak to their quality of work, which I assume is good based on their reviews, but sending a technician over to a house that never scheduled is just plain WRONG.

Dmitry came within the hour and a half window that was promised and he was able to help me with our washer repair very quickly. He gave us a few options of what we could do to fix or repair our 15 year old washer and problem solved with me what would be the most cost effective solution. Dmitry was very personable, very honest, and super straightforward.

He helped me bypass a broken part to make the washer usable in the meantime until I decide it's time to replace it and even gave me a few more tips on how to maintain the washer and 30 year old dryer to make them last as long as possible. I'd definitely use City Appliance Repair again and I'd highly recommend working with Dmitry!

Leon knew his way around my Maytag Neptune series stackable washer and dryer like a pro. His repair was efficient, and the price was not outrageous. That said, I was less impressed with how he made very little effort to be careful in moving the washing machine out of its closet, and in cleaning up afterwards. We have some new scratches in our wood floor, and I definitely had to clean up a mess of lint he tracked into the adjacent bathroom after he left.

More attention to these sorts of detail would have elevated the experience. We needed to have some follow up maintenance done (installing a new dryer vent and stainless steel piping for the hot and cold water inputs) and though Leon promised to do it at cost to him, I was disinclined to call him back for the reasons stated above.

Our dryer kept shutting off after 5 minutes. For a reasonable $60 service fee, Vladamir successfully diagnosed our problem. One repair service blamed the dryer and another, the outlet, but V. deduced that the breaker was bad -- the least expensive and DIY option of the bunch. If we had changed the outlet or bought a new dryer, we would have had the same problem. I would definitely call them again as their integrity and honesty was clear!
