We do NOT recommend R Koch Builders Inc., R. Koch Construction Corp. or Koch Construction of Syracuse, NY, which have the same owner. One month after we moved into our new home the basement flooded. Several insurance companies and experts have sited faulty workmanship yet the builder is taking no responsibility. We had to hire another contractor to fix the problem which was VERY expensive.

Paid nearly $24,000 for renovations to my Kitchen and Bathrooms because he did a good job on my roof in the past. I regret ever letting this guy work INSIDE my house. He should really stick to roofing because his interior work is shoddy at best. - The cabinets don't match. - The trim doesn't match. - The tiles are not lined up; the grout lines are crooked. - Cut through the wall in an adjoining room, painted over the hole and must have "forgotten" to bring it up. I held back a small sum until the contractor came back to finish up the work and he is threatening to sue me for less than $1,000.
