When you file a complaint don't expect them to help with monetary compensation back. BBB ONLY CONNECTS TGE TWO PARTIES. Of course that's okay with me, I just want the Company Sobella's to listen to my complaint and offer something back for their purposeful negligence. ALSO, there is zero number you can call to get a live person! Ugh! Hours I filled out my complaint and just wanted to say to them no need to negotiate money compensation, but the dang complaint asks what are you looking for in return and a weary eyed person said money!

So Just wanted to correct that and have them connect me to these people, and have it in the record this company plays dirty. In other words, make it right for me and other people and their review board knows that but kicks it back for any reason they can think of and they do not give you a chance in the reply e-mail to negotiate their reply. EL PASO BUSINESSES HAVE SCREWED ME THREE TIMES!

5 out of 5 stars. My husband and I wanted to add on to our home and not only did A&R home improvements make it easy, they made our house even more beautiful. Professional, courteous and very friendly. they took. their time to make sure everything looked flawless. I will forever recommend this business and plan on using them again as we continue to improve on our home in the future.

It's hard to find someone who can make your vision a reality and be flexible enough to help make everything perfect. We built an additional bedroom, added a half bath, extended the living room and created an in-home theater. The rock walls are raised, the gates are custom built and the driveway has been extended. We are also having the house repainted a new color. I couldn't be happier with the work, the people and the whole process.

Due to coronavirus, the better business bureau is not open and cannot assist you in any way. I left a message no one returned my call. Extremely poor customer service during the coronavirus pandemic. I have always counted on you guys in the past to make sure that the public is not dealing with shady characters, people operating businesses without licenses, and professional scam artists.

I had a good one to report who tried to steal over $400 out of my bank account, thankfully I was able to resolve myself. Very very disappointed in the better business bureau here in El Paso

Was nearly asked to leave the property of the BBB this morning. I have a scheduled appointment for arbitration today and like everything else in my life I show up early. I prefer to be punctual. But instead of going inside I stayed in my car because I was watching videos on my phone and didn't want to be that person making unnecessary noise inside.

For about half an hour several employees walking in and out were giving clearly judgmental looks. Until one came out asking if she could "help me" or if there was "anything I needed". When I replied politely "no, I'm fine thank you" she told me it was a private parking lot "business parking lots open to public and it's not gated" and that I shouldn't be here. when I told her I had an appointment she asked me to come inside.

I politely declined and said I'd wait in my car until my appointment. I just thought it was funny that you could get judged just for sitting in your car waiting for an appointment. lol #profiled

I took my Toyota Sienna to Texas Custom and Body. The owner, Victor Lopez and his staff are awesome. Extremely polite and their work is outstanding. My Sienna looks brand new even though it's over 10 years old. I highly recommend using this place. You will not be disappointed.

I called Duran's Roofing to schedule an estimate and the guy that answered the phone was talking so fast that I could not understand him. He said they would call back and they never did. To me, that is poor customer service. I guess they don't need business, so don't bother to call them because they say they will call and they never will. I also called Escalante Roofing for and estimate and they were going to come to my house at about 8:00a.m. My husband even got the day off, so he could be there, well they never showed up and they did not even call us to let us know. Does anyone provide good customer service?

I am SO pleased with their work. They have been here many times, and I still have work for them in the future. I will not be calling anyone else, I went through 3 or 4 contractors before landing here. Ruben listens to what you want and makes it happen.

Extreme Window Cleaning Service came to my house this morning and cleaned over 40 windows. I have used 2 previous services and these people are a real game changer! They were punctual, courteous, efficient, and pros from begnining to end! They cleaned my windows and screens both inside and out until they sparkled. Some of the windows had paint and stucco on them but the residue was removed carefully and the windows were not scratched. I could not be more satisfied and will use them every 3-4 months.

Tony Avila Rockwall Inc. did an excellent job for our organization recently. We needed a slab poured at a transitional living center, and we couldn't have been more pleased with his work. The price was very reasonable, the work was excellent and the job was completed promptly. I would recommend him to anyone needing concrete work!

The BBB is not run by the government. They are a non-profit, charity organization known as a 501(c)(3). This means that whatever money you donate to their cause is tax-deductible. The money that you donate is supposed to go into programs and charitable causes. The organization is supposed to report their income, report their board of directors, report about their programs, and so on.

So, as a Texas citizen and tax payer I would like to know if I join my business to BBB how they will use my money (It costs more than $400 a year)"Why I am interested in the BBB?".Because there is the obvious conflict-of-interest problem. They take "subscription" or "membership" donations from businesses.

This means that businesses are the BBB's source of income (even though they don't report income). But businesses are their object of complaint. So, if I as a consumer complain to the BBB, I'm complaining about one of their.
