Critical: Professionalism A guy answered the phone and was very rude. I had to ask if it was an exterminating company since he didn't state it when answered the phone. He had a very condensending and impatient attitude. Would not recommend. I never write reviews but the lack of customer service was incredible.

We had a problem at our home outside by our deck door. Bees had made a nest behind the siding on the house and we were worried they could get into the house or that our grandchildren would get stung. So, we called. This was 8/17/20. They came that very day. One treatment and we have not seen a bee since. Thank you so much for taking care of this so fast and thoroughly. After reading previous customer comments, and noting that this company is accredited with Better Business Bureau, I called for an estimate. I was less than impressed with the demeanor, tone and attitude shared from the representative answering the phone. I will go with my gut reaction and pass on using this company. What incentive or motivation do they have to provide excellent service the first time, when they can come back in 30 days for another chunk of change to do the same service? No guarantees!
