Critical: Value Crew came four times to clean my son's home. Only did most rudimentary cleaning. No one ran a Swiffer under any of the furniture, failing to pick up a variety of crumbs, dust, toys and debris. One would think this would be standard practice on wood floors since they didn't have to vacuum. Very dissatisfied. Service: Standard cleaning

Had them out for a quote, car was leaking fluids. Now have spots all over our brand new driveway and recently paved street. Their response - sorry, but we'll give you a discount on your first cleaning. We are replacing our cars and know that one had an issue. Great. Thanks for creating a mess that I get to clean up b/c you were too lazy to leave your car in the street after showing up 1 hour past our scheduled time. Very disrespectful to park a car that you know has some issues in a driveway, esp one that was clearly a new driveway.
