This crew is absolutely fantastic! I just don't have time to give my family home the time it needs to keep it clean and with how busy I am, the relief it gives me to get off work to a clean home is unbeatable. This was the best service I have ever used! A couple months ago, my father fell and broke his hip, and couldn't move around very well. He had assured me that he had it handled, but when I finally came over for a visit, it was horrid! He was too stubborn to ask for help and he had let it get to the point that I couldn't do it all by myself while working a 55 hour week.

I had no choice but to call a service to clean the house for him, but am I ever glad that I did! The owner was so responsive and gave me an upfront cost that was an absolute steal considering the state of the house! They worked with my father's physical therapy appointments and left the house squeaky clean! Very friendly and punctual, and gave me the reassurance I needed that My father would be taken care of! I highly recommend and will 100% call them back if I ever need something done again!

To start, I am very particular about how my home is to look, and it made me nervous to think about letting someone else take care of it for me, but it was the BEST decision I've ever made. They have made me feel like a valued customer, have kept my home looking clean and neat, and have been the sweetest people. So if you're thinking about it, do it! You definitely won't regret it.

I've used Total Care Housekeeping for years and they never disappoint. Even during a time when we switched flooring and had a miscommunication- they came to correct the type of cleaner used on flooring, same day. They have always gone above and beyond with customer care and their cleanings. I've used Carmen and her crew for bi-weekly cleanings, deep cleanings and move out/in cleanings.

I love all the extra touches and attention to details her crew puts in! Even down to making sure they mop their footprints as they leave the house! Seriously, they have my home looking tidy!

Very responsive, and willing to do what it takes to do the job right. Julia and Laura were both very kind, friendly ladies. When the cleaning was not what I anticipated/expected, Carmen arranged for Julia to come back to my house and fix it.

I had an appt for noon and didn't get my cleaners until 2. I got 1/3 of my house cleaned in 4 hours with 2 cleaners. What they did clean, they did a great job, but I never got a follow up about the rest of my house getting cleaned.

The cleaning job was absolutely horrible. I paid for a 3 hour cleaning of my tiny apartment which really wasn't that dirty. But smudges and water spots all over my bathroom mirror, toothpaste in the sink, hair all over the counter and sink, didn't clean the shower well, the kitchen well, the floors well.

This is the best cleaning service I've ever hired! Not only are they outstanding in their cleaning but they are so kind and compassionate. Than you so much for helping this busy mom of 3 to have one less

My house is 2600 square feet. I purchased 6 hours of cleaning, and they were unable to complete 3 of my 4 bedrooms in this amount of time. I am able to have my house cleaned in 3 hours by Merry Maids.
