After months of searching for the right hardwood, I found DeMar. I called and spoke with Destry, who recommended a few different independent contractors who could help with install. After finding the best contractors based on our needs, we went in to find flooring. We were greeted by Destry who took the time to understand what our short term and long term renovation goals were before walking us through the store and recommending different products we might want to explore.

We were given space and time to explore at our leisure, with Destry a few steps away for any questions that arose. And Destry was incredibly patient when we were placing our order and contemplated changing out one of the items. And once the hardwood was installed and we realized we were short one t-mold, Destry was quick to make some calls and get us another one within a day of reaching out.

The overall experience was significantly less stressful than other places we had visited where we felt pressured into buying expensive flooring we don't need given this is a temporary flooring solution. We will definitely return when we are ready for our major renovation.

I came in to try to match a tile with my existing flooring thinking it was a kind of errand that I could do with my 2-year-old. Well it turns out my 2-year-old wasn't up to the task but they were extremely patient and friendly with me and even had a little stuffed animal for the toddler/monster. Great service!

I have known the owners since I was a kid they are wonderful people and have integrity and will take good care of you. This family owned company is very much a honorable place to get your flooring needs taken care of. Wonderful people I thank God that I knew them growing up.

Fantastic place for all your flooring needs! great selection, my parents selected a Shaw luxury vinyl plank and it looks great! this is a self service contractors showroom. I think a lot of people do not realize that DeMar isn't a retail store. The process is a little different, but once you understand how it works you will not want to go anywhere else! The order desk/Sales people are extremely knowledgeable and professional.

Great locations to see a lot of home improvement stuff, Tiles, flooring, Counters etc. They worked well with my contractor also.

I am only giving this two stars because my carpet salesman was friendly, but we are completely dissatisfied with the rest of the experience.
