There are no words how disgusted I am with this company. I planned on redoing my bathroom starting with a new tub. We went through the whole project. I ordered the tub around January last year. I had to wait months for a special drain because of the shutdown. I finally got the drain and I emailed saying I got it in. Then two more calls after that with zero response.

I waited 6 months before trying to find someone else and now I have had a tub for about a year sitting in my living room and no other plumber will touch my job. Absolutely disgusted that a professional would do this. And by the way he knew I wanted a soaker tub because my mom has cancer and I just wanted her to be able to soak after her chemo.

Critical: Value Website says appointments available and that they install and service Rheem heat pump water heaters. Called today and they aren't taking new customers and don't work with heat pumps at all. Move on.

Chennette Plumbing was recommended to me by a local plumbing supply store as being expert in complicated heating systems (in my case, a steam boiler also running a hot water system and indirect water heater). Therese running the office was responsive, and was able to send someone the same day. They know their stuff and fixed a system that had confused another plumber. They worked quickly and charged a very reasonable price. Chennette Plumbing is a company I would gladly work with again.

Shame on me for using this comedian twice. Disorganized, sloppiest plumber ever. Likes to take trips with his helper for parts at my expense. Left water flowing from pipe while at supplier. Didn't like my question, why is this job so expensive? Tenant upstairs had no water when he left. He did come back to fix it but what an attitude. Complete rip off

First of all, they showed up earlier than expected. Which i like. I needed a new water heater installed. The plumber disconnected the old one within minutes. He installed the new one and came across some problems With the water valves leaking. He fixed the valves and finished the job without any issues. He was professional, courteous and his attention to detail was outstanding. Thank you again. Great job.

I, like most people, only call a plumber when I absolutely must and for all the obvious reasons. So, yesterday was one of those times. But the plumbing contractor I've been using for the past 20 years said they had no time for my leaking sanitary pipe. They also wouldn't recommend another contractor for their longtime customer, in good standing. Fortunate for me, I called Chenette Plumbing & Heating.

They were outstanding, in my opinion. They called and asked if they could come earlier than expected. Steve, the plumbing mechanic was a true professional. He didn't waste any time repairing my waste pipe and in a professional and courteous manner. Thank you Chenette Plumbing and Heating!
