I've been shopping for the perfect carpet for over a month, and while I haven't yet purchased from Wood Bros., it has by far been the best flooring shopping experience that I've had. Straightforward pricing and honest, informative, non-salesey service--halleluja! Scott Wood walked me through the store and showroom from beginning to end and provided a ton a helpful info.

Needed to find a flooring in stock that was a very specific color and looked everywhere. Wood Bros had exactly what I needed in stock and not only that, but their customer service was the best! I spoke with John Stevenson and was able to get the flooring ordered and delivered same day. Getting this flooring was super urgent and John made it happen!

I was shopping for vinyl flooring and needed it ASAP as I was wanted it to be installed in the house I just purchased before moving in. Wood Bros has a lot of options in stock and were wonderful helping me out. They also referred me to Jason Anderson for installation and he was so professional and helpful in installing my floors so I could move in. He made sure I would be happy with various specifics that I didn't even think to consider. I would def recommend both!

My contractor sent me here to check out the different variety of carpet/flooring they have. The staff here is super friendly & knowledgable. I was able to find carpet I needed & pricing was great. Offer you contractor rate as well which helped me save even more money. Will definitely be back for future remodel work.

Solid stores and friendly staff. Had carpet put in and they sent a gent out with decades experience. I'm grateful. He definitely knew what he was doing especially how to lay carpet on stairs. Needed the carpet stretched after a year of settling and they was done well also. HIGHLY recommend this business.

These guys are amazing! They were recommended to me by my carpet installers. I purchased some carpet for my stairs from their remnants section last week. However, the installer was unable to work with the material as he stated that the material was intended for commercial floor spaces (after he had cut it). I went back to Wood Brothers to purchase a carpet more suited to residential applications.
I asked if they could offer me a discount since the first carpet was of no use to me (at no fault of Wood Brothers). They initially offered a 50% discount (huge and unexpected) however when I went to pay they didn't charge me and gave me the carpet for free! (worth $300). I was surprised at their generous offer especially when it was no fault of their own. I highly, highly recommend these guys!

A family business with employees that are there for years and very knowledgeable on there products in old school business structure, that make a unique experience buying from them. The guys here are fantastic and I would use them again any chance in the future. I needed flooring, quite a bit and I needed it THAT day. They had tons in stock, and nobody else had enough to do half the job If any available at all. They had me set in a surprisingly good price range, loaded, and on my way home within 30 minutes and I'm not kidding.
Nobody in a 40 mile radius had flooring that didn't require ordering and 2 weeks, so I got real lucky I found them. They saved the sale of my house and I'm actually serious about that. Thank you to everyone who helped me, including the loader that helped me strap it down. Easy name to remember. They get it done!

I had the BEST experience working with Adam at Wood Bros. He helped me picked out new vinyl plank and carpet for my whole house. Adam also recommended Nick Schwindt to install the materials, and Nick did an AMAZING job. I would highly recommend buying your materials at Wood Bros and working with Nick to have them installed.
