Deceptive door-to-door sales rep led me to believe there's a 6 month satisfaction guarantee. But not so. Yes, there's a guarantee but, it's not for the customer, it's a satisfaction guarantee for the system!

Millennium Alarm installed service in the wrong phone box and it was never tested. I came to find out 2 years later when an ADT tech came by to assist with some errors in the control box. Millennium blamed responsibility on me and refused a partial refund.
