We can make duplicates of your key whether you just need a key to open the door or one that will start the engine. We have worked on many cars from model t's where they needed the ignition rebuilt to 1960's cadillac's. We can open almost any car whether it has a key hole on the door or not. We also have the ability to make new keys for your vehicle if you lose all the keys.

We have a large variety of Liberty gun safes in stock. We also are distributors for Gardall and American Security safes. We keep many safes in our showroom. If you don't find what you are looking for we can order what you want. We sell small personal safes that fit into a closet or large gun safes that hold up to 20 or more guns.

We have many varieties of Lock sets in the our store at Midwest Lock and Security but we can also order from several of our suppliers. If you don't see it on our shelves we can probably find it. We can then have that lock keyed up to your existing key or we can change to key so no one else has access to your home or business.

After I was told it was ok to come in to get my keys programmed I get there wait in line for 10 mins the guy asked what I needed I told him then he said he was done for the day an handed me back my keys I could clearly see he was having a bad day I get it. We are all humans but y waste my time tell me to come in to recieve the service I needed to have attitude an not do the service. Pure waste of time mine an his.

We needed locks rekeyed for our new home. We had all the locks in hand, brand new 9 total. Another locksmith in south side quoted us $450. Midwest quoted us $10/lock. Turns out most of the locks had the same key so it was even cheaper. all said and done $30! They were honest, up front and so friendly!

Critical: Professionalism Guy has no clue what he was doing. Brought in transponder key to have cut and programmed. Guy cut it, didn't work in the ignition or door. Asked me how much it was, and through the cash on the counter. Not professional at all!

Needed duplicate fob keys for a 2014 Honda CRV, at their suggestion, we acquired some blank 3rd party keys via Amazon and in less than 30 minutes we had 2 more perfectly working keys at a FRACTION of what a dealership would charge! I have roadside assistance and when I placed my request they send Midwest Lock to come to unlock my vehicle doors. They were not able to get my doors open (may I add after I waited three hours for someone to show up) They told me I had to take my car to a mechanic to get the doors unlocked.
