RIP OFF! I called and they quoted me $75 and when the tech got there he said it would be $180 plus a $20 service charge because he had to use a drill on a closet door.

Had a very unhelpful experience. Before calling I told the guy on the phone I needed a key to be made, since my keys were locked in the trunk of my convertible (there is no trunk release inside the car, a key is needed to pop the trunk).
