Amazing. I have had such a great experience with BIT. I love my new doorbell camera and camera system. It is a one stop shop for me. I feel my home is finally fully protected. What a RIP OFF! I have been charged $14,000 for a system that should cost about $4000. The leasing company they use is a rip off too. Please do more homework. This is not a reputable company and they do not help you once they have your money!

Made 3 different appointments no showed first 2, showed up half hour late for last appointment. I should have read reviews first. Terrible follow up. No explanation or apology just tried to reschedule another appointment.
