Cancelled 10 yr contract for no show. No one showed up for installation and office didn't know about our contract. Not waiting for finger pointing whose fault it was. If first day is any indication of what I should expect for next 10 yrs.

Picked up a mildew / scent removal spray that supposedly kills bacteria as well, not simply masking odor like febreeze. I cant speak to it removing bacteria, but the odor in the area i sprayed was completely gone.

If there were negative stars, I'd definitely use them. Thankfully, I experienced their lack of professionalism and organization during the estimate process and didn't give them a dime of my money. I had scheduled an appointment for an estimate weeks in advance.

House was fumigated at 92-980 Puanihi Street. Truck ran over trash bin. They picked up big pieces and was ready to leave. I held up broom and dust pan so they could clean up the mess they made. They backed all the way down the street to avoid me.
