We've been very satisfied with Southwind. Nicki, who usually schedules our treatments, seems very friendly and is always quite pleasant on the phone, even when I forget to return her call til right before closing. Bobby does our quarterly, going on almost 4 years now, and is such a nice, funny, and cool dude that I actually look forward to our 5 minute catch-ups while he sprays. He's ridiculously punctual and I really appreciate that he'll slow down and answer any random bug questions I ever come up with.

Had a scheduled appointment and when it was time for it I had a no show, but he did call me and said he was sorry but could be at the house in 15 minutes, well after waiting another 45 minutes I call him back and told him to forget it. If you want business you must show on time, all I needed was a estimate on a annual termite and house pest treatment for the year, I would think they could show up on time. This company is so unprofessional.

**This is Southwind Pest & Termite now not Killingsworth** Phone number is for Southwind in FWB. I called for a termite inspection (WDO) and filled out their form. I gave Southwind the address multiple times and notified them the home is in Bluewater Bay, both written and verbal. Everything was scheduled and confirmed. On the day of the inspection I called to confirm before leaving the hospital where my baby was.they said everything is on schedule and even told me the inspectors name who would meet me.

I left my baby in the hospital and drove 1.5 hours to meet Southwind. 22 minutes before the inspection they called me to let me know they don't do termite inspections in Bluewater Bay. Now I need to find another inspector ASAP and have driven 3 hours and spent way too much time away from my baby in the hospital. This kind of unprofessionalism is unacceptable.

This appointment was scheduled with several days notice and verified by email and phone calls. There is no excuse for this oversight. If Southwind is cheaper, there is a good reason, they cut corners.go with another pest control company.

Fernando did our 5 year booster treatment in Niceville and was thorough and professional. Great customer service!

Would not recommend. Had an inspection and the guy told me the fungus was in just one area but then his treatment plan included a much greater area and greater cost. Had another inspector confirm it was just the small area and did the job for considerably less.
