I would gravely warn anyone seeking to have a property and/or tree survey completed, to stay away from Robertson & Associates and go with another company. I was seeking to have a property and tree survey completed and Robertson & Associates was one of the six I contacted for pricing and timelines to complete. In an exchange of emails to attempt scheduling their service, I was told they were 6-7 weeks out and would get me scheduled, and place a call 24 hours prior to remind of the appt.
My last email was to understand what the next steps were to schedule, as they required 50% payment upfront to schedule. I never received a response back and moved on to another supplier that was eager to schedule an apt and get the work done. TODAY, after 7 weeks of no communication, an unmarked van pulled up at my home, and two men without any company identifying attire, knocked on my door.
They insisted that I had an apt to have surveying work done for "some type" of construction at my home. Neither of the men could inform me what the apt was for, who scheduled it, etc. After they placed a call to their home office (I assume), they responded with never mind, and left. Shortly after, I received am email from Robertson & Associates, with snide remarks of how I did not cancel my apt and they had wasted their time.
I informed them I had no apt, no call was placed to "remind me", as the email chain seven weeks prior had mentioned. I provided my thoughts and recommendations on future interactions to support customers and was met two more argumentative responses. Their level of responsiveness, lack of process to schedule appointments to complete work and professionalism is the lowest level of customer centric mentality I have ever come across. In my opinion, avoid this supplier and find another that will work with you professionally.
