They are not professional at all. Took 3 days just to replace a hose. I have a Maytag, this part should be at store. They tell you between 10-12 but show up hours later. Late all 3 times. Charge you a high service call rate.

Paid 350 for a washer and dryer and rented a van. Got them home and hooked up. Dryer does not get hot. They sent a repair guy out who changed the sensor and left. Dryer still does not work. I wanted to buy a set from an ad for 100, but my husband thought a shop would be safer.
