This company was doing some work for my neighbor and hit a main water line. This flooded my yard and caused my water to be shut off. When I called the company to see how long the water would be off the woman who answered the phone was very rude and not at all helpful.

Most companies I have dealt with tell you in advance what your cost may be for a service call. Not Key City Plumbing, they blind-sided us with an astronomical bill of $250.00 to come out and turn off a faucet.

Terrible service! Guy came out to my house on a Friday to look at the leak and said he couldn't do anything until Monday because they were just too busy. He tells me that they'd take care of it on Monday after complaining about how difficult the job was going to be.
