Checked and called. Said they were open, came to the shop only to find it was closed despite the open sign being on.

They quoted 55$ for the visit, came to the house, charged 125$ for picking he lock, could not open the lock, and then charged extra 140$ to drill and open the lock and to change it. Total cost 320$. My teenager was at home and didn't ask the price until the end.

A locksmith from Westwood Locksmith came to my house and told me that one part in my entrance door lock is broken and needs to be replaced. However, he doesn't have that part, has to look for it and will call me next day after he finds the part and will return to replace it.

This place is a rip-off. They quoted one price when you called and almost tripled it when they came. Beware.
