When I called to ask for an estimate, the woman who answered was abrupt and rude. Before cutting me off, she said they were booked for months ahead and were not interested in giving an estimate. I know business must be great for fence builders because of Spokane's wind storm in Nov., 2015, but that will not always be the case.
