Critical: Professionalism Placed multiple speed bumps at a senior apartment complex in College Station. Multiple vehicles were damaged on their creations. The speed bumps were uneven and in places did not meet code requirements. During the removal process the lead contractor was extremely rude to residents and staff.

This company was hired by the apartment complex where I live to complete exterior painting of the buildings. Not only did they get paint overspray on doors, railings, locks and garbage cans but my vehicle was damaged by paint overspray also. This occurred in Oct since then the company has not responded to emails and phone calls with a plan as to how they will be addressing the damages caused by paint overspray.

This was after an FSI manager, Steve Hernandez inspected my vehicle and promised to pay for detailing to have the paint removed. When I was about to take the vehicle to the auto wash they recommended and called as a courtesy so FSI could be prepared to answer and pay for the detailing over the phone as they had stated they would do, Manuel stated he knew nothing of this.

Since then the company president Mark Jackson has not responded to emails and phone calls regarding the damages caused by paint overspray and I'm left with a damaged vehicle. This company doesn't care about being accountable for their damages and will leave you high and dry to fix it yourself. I have later learned that I am not the only resident who's vehicle was damaged by FSI in this manner and they have done nothing to fix the situation for any of us.

In addition to this I have to look at the unsightly paint overspray on my railings, doors, garbage cans, locks and my vehicle. I would recommend these people for anything as clearly they all lack integrity and accountability.

I had some work done on my house and I chose FSI Construction to do it. Excellent work from beginning to end. They were fast, professional and responsive to all of questions. I highly recommend this company!

FSI is my preferred vendor for all projects. Big and small! I have utilized their services for everything, includiung but not limited to: major foundation repairs, fire restoration and major electrical repairs. FSI has earned the respect of Insurance Companies and City Inspectors. This makes for a seamless process when getting projects completed. The quality of work and service always meets or exceeds expectations. I would recommend FSI time and time again!

FSI has great culture & family atmosphere. I would strongly recommend FSI for all your renovation needs! Great people on all levels of the company. Very professional, efficient, and transparent.

FSI doesn't pay subcontractors this is not a good business to work with. Specifically if associated with Paul Denmond the senior Vice President and Troy Vincent the manager of the Dallas location. Please review all the current liens this company has before you do business with them. The last time I spoke with Paul was June 2020 when he once again promised to send payment.

We were hired to work on the McAurther Apartments this was an insurance project the insurance agent confirmed they were paid in full. We successfully completed this project and they have yet to pay us on.

FSI is a professional company that I've been able to count on to complete all my projects small and large ones. Warren is my right hand man! Thank you for keeping the stress away! You can count on them to do it right the first time!

This is a horrible company unconcerned with their ethics, reputation, or sustainability. They hire thieves and unethical workers. They have been working at some apartments and their workers have destroyed our apartments, stolen very personal things from us, and even eaten their lunches in our apartments and left the trash. Talked to the supervisor and his supervisor and it was like a big joke to them.

It is very sad that this company would take advantage of people and not care about their homes. I highly recommend that you do not hire this company unless you want thieves and people with no self respect for themselves to have a decent work ethic. I have talked to several other people who have had the same experience. Maybe since they are making so much money they should put their staff through ethics training since they don't understand stealing and trashing other people's things is not good company practices to have. They actually deserve to have a negative rating instead of 1 star but unfortunately that is not an option.

Highly recommend you stay away. They always low-ball their bids to get the job and then hit you with large change orders once they think it is too late for you to go with a different contractor. In addition, they don't actually perform the work they are obligated to do.and any work they actually do is always poor. In our situation, we had to get a different contractor to come back and fix everything they actually did, and then they still tried to bill us 16 months later for work they were contractually obligated to do but never actually performed. These guys are bad news. Stay away.

They are very sarcastic and condescending.

Do not ever hire them, unless you like to be disrespected to your face and woken up at odd hours! I'm a person, not a punching bag and I do not appreciate being distracted to my face.
