Davis Kitchens

Davis Kitchens installed a new kitchen in my old home, and I have really good experiences working with Melissa on my new home. Would highly recommend!

They did my parent's kitchen. I am writing on their behalf since they so not use google reviews. Some of the cabinet doors open the wrong way and the fridge is not flush against the cabinets as the specs called for. Coordinating on installation was a nightmare. They might be fine for mid and low tier kitchens but they are unqualified to do high end kitchens.

When called out on their incompetence, the owner claimed my parents were wrong. Little did he know that my parents own a high end kitchen store in a high end market featuring the latest in design and tech. The owner thinks he knows kitchens but they are obsolete in their designs and knowledge of high end kitchens. He was absolutely schooled when he tried to claim they were wrong.

They simply pulled up their website and showed him the so called "impossible" requests. If you are looking for a high end kitchen, look elsewhere. If the owner is reading this please contact me to rectify the situation.

I'd give ZERO if I could. Horrible business ethics and customer service! Terrible products (that's manufacturer though), horrible "repairs" by business on the broken pieces.it's like having refurbished cabinets when you pay for brand new! Also the owners are terrible to their employees, and overall rude people.

We used Davis for our kitchen and bath cabinets when we built our new home as well as a kitchen remodel in an older property. Working with their designers was a pleasure and their installers were exceptional, making fine adjustments for a perfect fit. When issues arose (a marred door from the manufacturer, a cabinet that didn't quite fit, and one door warping after over a year) they happily corrected the issue at no additional cost. Very professional and highly recommended.

Purchased cabinets a few years back.spent well over $10,000.had my new kitchen flood on Christmas Eve this year and needed 3 cabinets replaced. Couldn't even get a response back for repairs. Once you buy cabinets from them, don't expect them to ever be able to assist you with any future problems. Worst customer service! Will never recommend.

Update: the owner of the company has come to out home twice now to help resolve the issues. I am happy to report he has been professional and helpful. We are scheduled to get everything taken care of in June (due to my schedule), for a low cost to my husband and I. I will definitely update my star rating once all is said and done. I do want to say I appreciate the time he has taken to come to our home and meet with us.

Cabinets were ok, service from sales to delivery was not there. Only contacted by Donna who was professional. If you want design help and layout make sure Your educated in kitchen design

Beautiful new kitchen followed by beautiful new bathroom and dressing room! One more bath/dressing room to go, and Davis will do that one, too. The time and financial investments were well worthwhile. Davis management, designers, and contractors were unfailingly responsive to our needs and questions throughout both projects. My only negative impression is based on front desk staff who typically are minimally pleasant in person and on the phone.

Front desk was rude when answering my phone call. The place was big with no price tags on anything. I walked in there with no sense of what I am looking at & the differences in pricing or materials.

I understand it takes time to get the cabinets in and time for an installer to be available. The cabinets are attractive but not really the medium gray as in the showroom. The installer was pleasant & did an acceptable job. BUT when a slide out shelf was found to be warped Davis Kitchen fell flat! The installer took the shelf back & 2 weeks passed without a single word.

When my husband called no one seemed to know anything. 5 days pass & he calls again. It is being ordered but due to ship time & installer availability our cabinets will not be completely finished for an additional 3-4 weeks! Really! We should have received a conciliatory call apologizing for the inconvenience & assuring us they were on top of the situation.

It will take less than 5 minutes to put the sliding shelving in place! This is not the way to treat customers if you value their business. We need more cabinets in other areas of our home but Davis Kitchens will not be getting our business next time!

I had to go into Davis to select cabinets and counter tops for a property that was getting a new kitchen. I was greeted by friendly faces and attitudes when I walked in the door, and the lady who helped me pick colors was both friendly and knowledgeable. The products were delivered on time and looked beautiful.
