We came in from out of town on Thursday, and neither of our a/c units were working. We got an appointment with Dent between 4:30 - 6:30 pm. On a Friday. Around 1:00 pm on Friday Dent called and said they could have someone there by 2;30 pm, and we accepted. They had all the parts to fix both units, and we were so grateful. Service: Repair HVAC

The company and the technician were very communicable. They gave a play-by-play experience. My technician was a little behind and he made sure to let me know when he would be on his way. This is a very professional and reliable company. Can out to do an inspection of what we wanted and within seven day my installment of our new tankless hot water heater was in place and working properly. Old water heater was taken off and the area they were working in was clean and no debris were left behind. Thanks Dent Air Conditioning, electrical and Plumbing Company for and outstanding job.

I recommend Dent to anyone who needs a slab leak repaired. Joey Greer was our service man and he took the time to explain to us what was happening and how it could be rectified. He always showed us what he was doing and asked if we had questions about the process. He is very professional, courteous, and on time. For all areas that needed repairing after the job was completed there was another professional who came in and repaired it.
His name is Gregory Feazell and he is excellent at what he does. He does his job also in a timely fashion. He is courteous, professional, and on time. I'm happy with the services that I received and the comments are a very big reason why I chose Dent! I'm so disappointed in the work of Dent. They didn't repair a wall they tore out. They didn't fix a toilet I asked to have repaired. (Probably for the best) No caulk around the work to seal it up. A faucet more than a half inch off the wall. The plumber told me to call someone to fix the wall. They left a mess every time they fixed something. I have an new air conditioner they installed. But, I regret it. I gave them several thousand dollars this year. I thought I was going with a reputable company. I thought wrong.

I went online and scheduled an appointment with Dent Air Conditioning. They were suppose to be at my house between 1-5 on Tuesday, they arrived at 6. Granted they called to say they would be late. When the tech arrived he took off the fan on the unit and cleaned it and plugged it back up still no cold air.
