Had service today to replace a broken spring. The technician, (Ian) called before arriving and came when he said he would be there. He explained what needed to be done and approximately how long it would take to complete. I am very impressed with his professionalism and work ethic. I will definitely be using Overhead and recommending Overhead to my friends and family.

Our garage door would not close when I tried to shut it before going to work. one of the wires had broke and it was stuck open. I called Overhead and they were able to send a service tech out later that same day. He fixed the issue, then inspected tuned up both my doors. I think their service was great and the service fee was also very fair!

Having multiple issues with the opener they put in on my garage door. Most recently all of the remotes stopped working including the key pad. Extremely frustrated that I paid to have this put in unprofessionally.
